I had an horrible experience yesterday, usually I love the experience that’s why I go there all the time. There were a fly in my soup told the waitress about she didn’t do anything and they were trying to overcharge me for something I don’t get.

Food was amazing. Seems like prices went up but serving sizes went down. Otherwise the experience and food were fantastic.

My friends and I received excellent service from our chef Eli and server Alexis. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and it was perfect for celebrating my birthday. The drinks were great and so was the food. I highly recommend this location. There is plenty of parking.

Sorry to report that today's visit was a disaster! It took 45+ minutes to get our food which was awful, and the staff that served us were in bad moods, not even close to the level of decent service. I hate to write this as we are regular customers but hopefully the management staff can address this poor performance.

Went to Benihana for my birthday and it wasn’t a really good night. Waited wayyyy too long for our drinks, waited a very long time for the check. Paid a lot but it didn’t seem worth it cause of the service. Was very disappointing. Didn’t even get the happy birthday experience either. Just disappointing

Hello Management team, Yesterday we dined at 5:00pm, and had a really bad experience. The food took 45 + minutes to arrive, the food server was not our usual server and was very rude and un-attentive. We asked several times about the food and were ignored. We love this place but something yesterday went really wrong. Hopefully, the management team can address this. Thank you Moe

What a Great experience! I took my Aunt out for her Birthday and invited some of our Friends! Server was awesome! The show by the Chef was awesome and most of all the Food was awesome!
