Had a reservation for 8 women got there on time, restaurant wasn’t crowded yet they made us wait in the lobby for everyone to arrive before they seated us. Waitress crashed bar tray and drinks and glass went flying all over friends handbag. No drink or apology offered. Chef was boring, no tricks at all , food was bland and tasteless. Where was the garlic? We were all disappointed. Would not return

As always my experience at this restaurant is amazing. I love the staff and the food is cooked perfectly every time. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent dinner as always!!!! Our chef Resanado was very good, humorous and accommodating to the entire table on how they wanted each meal cooked. Our waitress (sorry, I forgot her name) provided excellent customer service. She monitored everyone's drinks and filled them before being asked. Thank you again BH team!!!! The chef Roodolph was amazing. The food tasted delicious. He’s one of the best chefs Ive ever had a Benihana’s. His talent and personality was awesome. He was fast but the quality of the food did not disappoint as a result.

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday with the family. All of us were in good spirits, the chef had such a sour face he did not interacted with us much. He pretended to not hear anything never smiled it was terrible. We come to Benihana a lot for special occasions this was the worest experience we have had. The server left dirty empty plates , bowls and glass all over the place she did not fill our drinks up at one point everyone at the table had empty glasses . It was not the service we have come to expect and love about your restaurant. Very disappointed

The food was amazing and the service as well. We were seated fast and the chef was great. This location is the best. We have been coming here since it opened many years ago and we love it.

Celebrated birthday at Benihana and it really was poor. The chef who prepared the food at the table was indifferent and bored with what he was doing even to the point of throwing the small empty sauce containers out on to the dining room floor. The chicken was tasteless and overcooked. Our server took the order, brought the two first dishes and we never saw her again until the end of the meal. Had to ask another server to bring us tea and refills on water. Then it took her almost 20 minutes to bring two dishes of ice cream. The whole experience was really terrible. The staff who we interacted with were indifferent, bored and frankly lazy. I would not recommend eating here and I do not plan on visiting this restaurant again for any birthday celebration or even a regular meal.
