Lovely chefs, waiters, and hostesses. That is where it ends We had to wait over 15 minutes for a reservation that we were on time for, while there were several empty tables throughout. The air quality in the restaurant was very poor. Our clothes all had to go to the cleaners. The service was extremely slow and un-attentive, We had to request a refill of our non-alcohol drink several times before asking the waiter nicely whether something was wrong. They sat our party of 4 at a table set up for 9 people, Two of us had to share the same spot. Not a good value or experience for a restaurant that we used to love. Sorry, will not be returning.

I took all my grandchildren and family there were 10 of us the service was great food great love this place

We frequently visit Benihana but this was our first time at this location. It wasn’t crowded, we were seated at our table soon after arrival and the waitress was ready to take orders when we were seated. They have a new wagyu beef selection that my husband enjoyed very much. Waitress kept the refills coming. The eggs could’ve been chipped smaller in the fried rice but other than that the chef personalized our food to match our dietary restrictions and preferences and even did tricks with the food that we’d never seen before. Overall great experience, would recommend this location!

Great experience as always. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent customer service. There is only one thing: on occasion, the person at the host booth forgets to check in my OpenTable reservation through the system, so I get an alert and a negative email from OpenTable because they think I'm a no-show. Please just remind/train the newly hired folks on the importance of checking in via the system for any OpenTable reservations. Thank you again Moe

My reservation was at 730 we didn't eat until 9 ! Once the chef got there it was fantastic! I wish they would organize better but the food was outstanding and the chef Emilio was great!

Nov 25 6:15 We arrived about ten minutes early and were told to sit by the doors until a table was ready. I decided to sit in the standard seating area rather than where the chef cooks in front of you. After about ten minutes, a waiter finally came to our table. We went in for our reservations and we were greeted by some respectful and helpful staff. Our waiter was not so good; she was very confused about menu items and barely knew what she was doing. I ordered lemonade, and almost 10-15 minutes later, she came back telling me there’s no lemonade, so I got something else. When ordering my entree, she took my order, then came back telling me that she can’t do that anymore, so I had to get something else. While eating, I saw two employees around the bar area/sushi area eating the food on display with their hands. That’s disgusting and not a sight I’d like to see while eating my food, and we also had sushi. Benihana is a nice place, but this location is not at the same standards as others, it seems. People were just walking and talking while others were eating with their hands. My waiter was barely around or even attentive to our table. It also was not busy at all at one point we were the only ones sitting but our food took so long to arrive. Just a bad experience overall; next time I’d like to eat out I’ll make sure not to go to this restaurant again, this one is a no-go. Take my advice and save your money do not eat at this place this people don’t seem like they give a dam. The food was not flavorful and 100% not worth my money. For a 40 minute drive and over $100 for this it’s not worth.

The service was trulu great and the food was exceptional as always. My only issue is the noisy, obtrusive sound level of their ventilation and exhaust system. This needs to be resolved.

Tmeathe steak was very poor. Low quality meat and om the grill. Tough and tasteless. The only part I enjoyed was the fried rice. Poor value. I would not go back

made a reservation for 6:30 didn’t sit down till 7 and she’s came out at 7:40. we had to say something three times before someone actually came out to help us. besides the hiccup in the beginning food was good

My reservation was for 6:30pm. We did not get served until 7:15pm and no show until 8pm. We waited forever. The server forgot our white rice. The Chef doing the show was inappropriate for the kids we had at our table. Will not be going back.
