Had a very pleasant meal at Benares. The food is very good, and we were very full afterwards! I would say that it doesn’t have quite the same “wow factor” as some of the other top Indian restaurants in London, but is still very good. The service is excellent!

decent food but def not michelin rated in service or food. they even messed up on our bill. nothing inovative to write about

Entire experience was outstanding from quality of food, to presentation, to staff attentiveness, attention to detail. Highly recommended to everyone and would definitely visit again and will try the a-la-carte options

Wow the food was amazing so much flavour I will never be able to go to my local curry house again! Service was fantastic and the ambience perfect, will definitely be going again!

A group of 4 former colleagues meeting up for lunch at a restaurant we went to several times after work but had not visited for several years. It was just as excellent as we remembered. Flavour was the hallmark of every dish. We had the day lunch menu which for such consistently high quality and attention to detail is central London was great value.

The service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. We were made to feel so welcome. The food was delicious, especially the fallow deer appetiser and the lamb cutlets. We are looking forward to returning soon.
