Good service and premium location but disappointing mains in the set menu. Two small pieces of meat / fish in each of the two respective curry dishes for a main which, even for fine dining, is not enough. Taste is fine but nothing special and ive had better in non fine dining restaurants. The large portions of naan and carbs in curry will fill you up. Good deserts. You are paying up for the location and service. If there was a reasonable portion of meat and fish in the curries, given the price tag, experience would have been much better.

Un gran restaurante, no sólo el local es sorprendente por decoración y diseño, sino también el ambiente induce a relajarse y disfrutar de la comida Hindú. El servicio muy profesional y la gastronomía a un gran nivel de sabores y estética. Enhorabuena.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, netter Service. Es waren nur zuviele Servicekräfte für uns zuständig so dass es ein bissl chaotisch war aber kein Problem!

We loved our experience at Benares, the food was delicious and we balanced traditional dishes with some more innovative options. The staff was very attentive and the manager made a point to welcome each table. It was a very lovely evening.

Benares is always a great venue. Lunch set menu is good value for money, with outstanding food and wine. Service is relaxed and friendly. Set menu with pairing wines, water, service and tip will be about £100pp. Recommended
