Just steps away from Pike Place Market, Ben Paris is a vibrant hangout where locals and guests can enjoy a modern spin on classic American cuisine featuring the bounty of the PNW, hand crafted cocktails and carefully selected local beer & wine.

-Reservations will be seated when the whole party has arrived
-Reservations will be held for 10 minutes from reservation, please call if running late
-Walk-ins welcome!
-Large party reservations of 9-16 guests are available by phone for dinner 7 days a week and lunch Monday-Thursday. A credit card is required to secure the reservation. We do not accept reservations for weekend brunch for groups larger than 8 guests. A charge of $25/guest will be applied for no-shows on large party reservations. We kindly require that all members of large party dinner reservations participate in our Tour the Menu family-style dining option.

The Ben Paris Salmon Derby Dinner is a tribute to Seattle’s original rule-breaker, Ben Paris, who launched the city’s first salmon derby, helped end commercial salmon traps in Puget Sound, and ensured the Pacific Northwest's bounty thrives today. This dinner celebrates his entrepreneurial spirit and conservation legacy with a menu full of salmon and other PNW favorites, paired with Browne Family Vineyards wines. Enjoy a 5-course meal featuring an amuse-bouche, fried halloumi salad, pan-seared beef tenderloin, and Alaskan salmon with carrot ginger purée, ending with Ben Paris' classic macarons.

And Pastry Chef Lauren’s bakery treats will be the perfect finale to this memorable meal! Seatings: Early Birds at 3 pm, Dinner at 5:30 pm, and Night Owls at 8 pm. Tickets are $85 for adults, $35 for kids 12 and under. Seats are limited—reserve now! Food was decent but a little overpriced. Do NOT go if you are a party of 6 as you will be hit with autograt and you'll get ignored all night. Was horrible service to see every other table get regular service while we sat there with empty drinks.

Natasha was a great server! Very friendly and attentive. I didn’t get the bussers make but he had dark hair and very friendly. Food was excellent!

Pancakes were AMAZING. Service was slow and not super attentive but kinda understanding because they are busy. The food took a while to come out but was delicious

The service was slow. The steak was ok, but the sides served with it weren’t good. Go somewhere else.

This spot was awesome for brunch before football game! Something on the menu for the varied palates in our group. Tasty rum punch starter was excellent. Servers were on point even being very busy. Would definitely go back.

My husband and I recently visited Seattle for the weekend and had high hopes for this place. I made an online reservation ahead of time to ensure everything would go smoothly, but unfortunately, our visit turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon arriving, we were seated promptly, but it took over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. During that time, several waitstaff walked by, seemingly ignoring us, while serving other tables that had arrived after us. Feeling frustrated, I finally stopped one of the waiters to request a manager. While he immediately apologized, it was clear he had already seen us sitting there and had chosen not to address the situation earlier. He then refused to get the manager and explained that all the waiters were responsible for all the tables, which didn’t explain why we had been overlooked. While the food itself was good, the service left much to be desired, and to make matters worse, the glasses they served our water in were dirty. Given the poor service and lack of attention to detail, we won’t be returning.
