Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at Beluga Persian Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming reception that instantly set the tone for the evening. The ambiance of the restaurant was captivating, with traditional Persian decor that transported me to the heart of Persia. The rich colors, intricate patterns, and soothing Persian music created a cozy and authentic atmosphere. As for the food, it was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor, showcasing the finest authentic Persian cuisine. From the perfectly seasoned kebabs to the fragrant saffron rice and the rich stews, every bite was a delightful journey through Persian culinary tradition. The freshness of the ingredients and the careful preparation were evident, making the meal an absolute treat. I highly recommend Beluga Persian Restaurant to anyone looking for a truly authentic and enjoyable dining experience.

I chose the restaurant to gather with friends and have a good time, but it was a very bad choice. First: The rude and impolite behavior and style of the staff. Second: We were seated near a place designated for the staff's clothes and needs. Third: The dishes and other supplies were very dirty, the service was bad and slow, and the food was below average in taste, quality, and flavor. When the tables around us were cleared, the food was left on the table for a long time, leaving behind dirty, unpleasant odors. Finally, when we left, I looked at the kitchen. It was the dirtiest kitchen I had ever seen, even though I specialize in food and nutrition and have sufficient experience with the health requirements of restaurants. It was a very bad experience and I will not visit it again.

Two of us ordered stews and they were incredibly bland. The lamb was tender but had no flavour.

The service was pretty poor. We sat at the table for 25minutes waiting for the full party to arrive. No one attended to us, didn’t ask if wanted to order drinks whilst waiting. We felt completely ignored. Once it was a full party, again, we ended up waiting for 10-15minutes. We were about to leave when the waiter asked us if we are ready to order. Once we ordered and received food, no one bothered to check if we need anything else, maybe more drinks or anything really… they seemed to attend to Persian guest tables constantly and we (non Persians) felt completely ignored, even though they had more than enough staff. The food was nice though.

The staff and food were good, other guests were rude and entitled. The situation was dealt with by the staff but allowing guests to constantly play their own loud music at the next table, that was so loud our table could not conduct a civil Conversation, is not acceptable. I was verbally attacked and abused by a customer that was causing a nuisance and it spoiled the evening for me and my guests. It was a lot of money for a lot of rice.

The receptionist did not welcome us, unlike when he receives the English and welcomes them and they choose the table they want, and I am a stoner and I came at my own time, and he wanted to put me in a place upstairs, and there were tables with a good view below and empty, but he did not want us to sit in them, but the staff who work is rude and I do not advise Arabs. And the Gulf people go to the restaurant unless it is modified
