They had some issues with a delivery so didn’t have some food/drinks available but the staff were so lovely and handled it so well! The food was fantastic too, couldn’t fault.

Terrible waiting time !! 65 minutes for starters ! Waited another 30 mins for mains but left as they still hadn’t come Ruined valentines meal Waiting Staff were apologetic Eaten here before & has always been spot on. Very very disappointed

I left here disappointed which is such a shame because the food we received was lovely but it was let down by the service. I can appreciate it was valentines day and it was busy however as a restaurant who took the bookings, you knew this would be the case & the correct amount of staff should have been allocated. Waiting nearly 40 minutes to even receive a drink is not acceptable, especially when you look over at the bar and the waitress is stood doing nothing. There was no warning of a wait on food and when we arrived we were only the fourth table there. I over heard on a few occasions the waiters saying every body turned up at the same time. but sitting here almost all evening this was not the case, your waiters just lacked in taking orders creating a back log for the kitchen. I heard other tables get sub-par apologies for waits on food however we never even received this. waiting over an hour for a sharing starter, that was only meat and cheese. COLD food should not take an hour to receive. Waiting over 2 hours to receive mains is never okay and especially with no apology. Not one waiter or waitress seemed to know what they were doing. I felt as if I had attended a pop up restaurant at a school with a bunch of teenagers that had never done it before. In times where it is expensive to dine out, this level of service is not acceptable. A real shame for a beautiful restaurant with great potential. I feel you need to shut for a week, have serious staff training and try again.

The second time we have been to Belluccis and the food and service was great.... Again. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely meal in this beautiful restaurant. The food and the service was exceptional. We will definitely dine here again.

Last minute booking, couldn't understand why it wasn't busier. The staff were polite and attentive and the food was spot on. Very good value for money and the food was lovely.

The staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating but the food took over an hour to arrive and when it did it was definitely not worth the wait. The fact that you could book a 7:30pm table on a Saturday night the same afternoon should have been a red flag as to what we'd get. The place was under a third full - the table next to us were very merry and loud, which would not have been so noticeable if the place weren't so empty. Four very friendly wait staff came at various times to take our drinks order, check if we had ordered drinks, asked if we wanted drinks and then delivered the ordered drinks within a 10 min period. But then the long wait for the food started. Two of us ordered pizzas and one ordered seafood pasta - the pizzas were very Dr. Oetker Ristorante; thin, reheated frozen type pizzas that were undercooked on the top and burnt on the bottom. The seafood pasta had a kick to it but, after the hour wait, really didn't hit the spot. While the place looks lovely in the pictures and the staff were kind, I wouldn't recommend visiting until they sort out whatever was going on in the kitchen - maybe less wait staff and more kitchen hands who know how to cook?
