Bell's Mansion is located atop the perfect hill in Stanhope, NJ - right across from the Morris Canal. The restaurant is adorned with many vintage and antique pieces to create the perfect atmosphere for your quaint dinner or casual night out. Our first time at Bell's Mansion won't be our last. We had a birthday dinner which was delicious. My husband is a chef, and he knows quality food when he sees/eats it. Two thumbs up! Located in a historic building from the 1800, tastefully decorated. They have a beautiful bar and outside patio area in summer. The staff was so friendly and our waitress was absolutely lovely. Will return very soon. Highly recommend!

Solid, place. Beautiful gardens out back, very nice ambiance. Good was pretty good, service was slow, as they were a bit understaffed. They did not have the duck special which is what I wanted. But overall, a very good experience... I'd recommend and would go again.

We have had nice experiences at Bell’s Mansion over the years but this latest was really just fair. The calamari appetizer delicious and well-cooked as always. I cannot say the same for the rest of the meal. The preparation and quality of our entrees was subpar. I feel like I wasted money, which is unfortunate.

Always a great dining experience at Bell's Mansion. We especially enjoy the delicious food and our server La-La. She is always friendly and attentive.

We sat on the patio and enjoyed the music, the atmosphere was nice & the food was outstanding. Miranda was our server & she was attentive. I had the Sesame Crusted Tuna with the Wasabi sauce on the side, the sauce was delicious! My husband had the Filet, it was a nice size & was cooked perfectly. We are new fans of Bell’s Mansion.

Our young waiter was in training. Nice young man but missed key points. Bells Mansion furnished him with a cheap low end bottle opener which didn’t help him at all. Music was WAY too loud; asked multiple times to lower the noise.

The food was delicious and our server, Alex, was great. The issue was the wait time for food and drinks to arrive. It was an excessively long. Our reservation was at 7:15 and we were seated at 7:45. We left the restaurant at 10:45. Alex was very apologetic and accommodating. I think the kitchen was just overwhelmed.

The coconut shrimp and the Satay were delicious appetizers. Rack of lamb ad filet mignon were great
