Service excellent, drinks and value of the drinks excellent but as a cook I have had better Italian food at Olive Garden. I will be back to try other dishes and have some drinks but the food we had tonight was mediocre

The food was great, however the service left a lot to be desired. Had to ask numerous times for refills on water or where our bread was at, only to be responded with a not so kind attitude from the waiter. The ironic think was the waiter was a trainer who was training someone. Have to say, the icing on the disappointing cake was when he basically dropped our food on to the table. Guess he was having a bad night and his level of service showed it.

Jeremy, I hear your frustrations, and I personally apologize for your experience. Monday evening, we had some staff call out last minute placing additional stress on top of a more than usual busy Monday. Your server Ben is a trainer because of his outstanding presence on our team for almost 2 years, and I can imagine the circumstances created some undue stress that projected on to your experience unintentionally. I assure Ben is not only a quality employee (which is representative in many reviews on this platform and others), but a quality person. He did express his undue stress and is regretful if any of that was felt by our guests that evening. Luke, his Trainee, I have no doubt did his best to be of assistance and not a burden seeing Ben's overwhelming responsibilities.

We had another great experience at Bellini's. My husband ordered The White Pizza. We have never ordered their pizza and it was wonderful. We will be having our pizza nights at Bellini's as well as our Italian Dinner night out. I, of course, had one of their alfredo dinners with charcoaled chicken and it was lovely. Our waiter was charming and very attentive. We are anxious to go out to dinner there again in the next month or so. Thank you!!

Went for my wife’s birthday and they were wonderful. Staff was nice and the outdoor atmosphere was great. The food was incredible

Baylor was a first rate server and knows how to get things done. The Norwegian smoked salmon was perfectly cooked. I love Bellini's risotto! The veg medley was nicely balanced with different squashes and red bell pepper. The wine list is superb. We've never been disappointed at Bellini's.

We had an excellent time. My husband ordered the Burrata Ala Vodka and added the Parmesan Chicken and I had the Pollo Pancetta Alfredo. Both entrees were wonderful. We would order both of them again. Our waitress Tracy was a delight. She made our dinner even more delightful. We are anxious to go back and have Italian again real soon. Thank you!!
