BellaBrava New World Trattoria was born in 2005 in Downtown Saint Petersburg. Over the years since, BellaBrava has been voted Best Restaurant in Saint Petersburg, Best Italian, and is a perennial Guest favorite on Beach Drive.

Less formal than a ristorante, our service is casual, our prices remain reasonable and our emphasis is on a steady clientele rather than haute cuisine. Old World flavors mingle with New World flair. From seafood to traditional pasta, pizzas, and more, we are positive everyone will find something delicious to savor.

BellaBrava’s unique Woodstone™ ovens cook delicious pizzas and a guest favorite, the Crostata.

Our ingredients are fresh, often locally sourced, and evoke the flavors of Tuscany and other delicious cuisines from Italy. With friendly, competent staff, BellaBrava aims to be your casual dining spot.

Wonderful dining experience. Right in the heart of St Pete and just across the street from The Pier. Great atmosphere, attentive staff and wonderful Italian food.

Best hot honey pepperoni pizza! The sweet basil vinegarette was equally delicious as is the beef carpaccio. Enjoyed immensely.

I have written about this restaurant in the past. It is a very nice, comfortable and popular local restaurant. This visit was a little off. Food wasn’t quite there and the server seemed distracted. He may have had to many tables. Servers always push for more tables because of the tip factor. Sometimes that goes a little to far. I’m not trashing this place, I have always enjoyed dining here, this time it was a little out of sync. The wine list is fair, nothing spectacular, but you will find something on it. Because of my prior experience with this restaurant, I would say it’s worth a try. The outside dining option is wonderful in the nicer weather.

Friendly business dinner Sunday night. Parking is a bear on that strip. Once inside, everyone is attentive. We shared calamari which had some fried peppers lemon in it making it spicy and interesting. Caesar was tasty though a little over dressed and the best was the pizza - hot honey spin on pepperoni very yummy. Will be back when next in town.

The service and food were good! It was a little loud in the room that we were in but I think that was due to the setup of the room but overall good experience!

Bon restaurant, bien situé à quelques mètre du st pete pier. Les assiettes sont copieuses et gourmandes. Très bonnes salades et pâtes aux truffes. Le spritz est correcte, les prix un peu élevé mais c’est la situation qui veut ça je suppose

The food was great and we are looking forward to our leftovers. Our table started out in a fairly quiet space, but a large party with lots of kids were seated right behind us. As the room filed up (with even more little children) it became difficult to carry on a conversation. We made a dinner date with our friends to catch up. That was the disappointing part of dinner.

We had the Spaghetti and Meatballs and the Pasta Brava. Both were excellent. It was busy, so it took a bit to get served and it was a bit busy, but very worth it!
