I made reservations online for breakfast on Father's Day at 10:45am. When I got there, I was told they only have a breakfast buffet and they close the kitchen between 11am and 12pm. I was looking forward to the breakfast menu that was provided online. I would never had made reservations for a buffet that only included 3-4 hot items and juice from a machine. The host was very apologetic and only charged us for 3. My husband was ok with it, but I was very disappointed.

Beautiful summer spot! Lovely view of the river and GI bridge. Food menu is not extensive but good choices exist. Prices are reasonable for outdoor dining on the water. We had the Taco pizza which was delicious and enough for 2 to share. Service was excellent also. Very attentive and nice staff. Lovely spot on a lovely day to celebrate summer and a great meal!

Chair broke when I sat in it. Server stated that’s not the first time it happened. Are you looking for a law suit? Get rid of them.

I booked this place based on the beautiful pictures. It was not at all what was posted, plus it was when they had swarm’s of sand flys so we could not even go outside. The menu was not the same as on line! There were so many other better places to dine- it was a huge disappointment

The food service and having a table next to the water Niagara river and dock was beautiful. My only Concern was the waiter was the only person on shift That night and did amazing job of keeping up with the 20 some tables he waited on. but If I were the manager at Riverside theres no way I would risk The business with one person on shift. Hopefully No one ate a meal then left and without paying cause this Waiter would have never known they left until much later. I asked the waiter about being alone on shift and he said I just do what I’m told I only work 2 days a week. Risking the biscuit to save a couple bucks? Wow

In all fairness there was a private event happening at the hotel, and someone in management did not staff properly. Wait staff was handling the restaurant and a private wedding/event. Food was great. Noise was due to the event. I think I’d have loved this place under different circumstances.

The food here was awful! My first red flag and when we should have left was when first walking into the resteraunt, the waitress/hostess/cook was microwaving a cup of coffee. Our food was clearly microwaved, and it was very not good. My chicken tasted like turkey, normally meaning it's under cooked. Pasta was the only thing I ate out of my meal. To get a side of bread would have been $12! Absolutely ridiculous! Our waitress was lovely and the outside view was pretty. But thankfully I don't live around here, because man this was awful. Highly do not recommend. AVOID!

Ambiance was old, bar had one party of 8 and they were not asked to keep down. Food was over priced and salty. Server had cigarette oder. Uninviting and will not return nor recommend it to anyone.

Went here for our anniversary dinner & it was lovely! We sat out on the deck which was beautiful. The service was great! Our dinner was delicious! We have already talked about going back next time we are in town.

The service was absolutely wonderful from the server and the bartender! It was quiet, and we had a great view from our table. It was a spectacular place to spend our anniversary
