Our executive chef Ben Achurch presents a modern Italian menu. Ingredients are sourced from local farms and Mooloolaba's very own seafood port.

    Quality of food is very average, Ragout was dry and salty, steak was a poor piece of meat with a cosmetic touch,Ravioli was just ravioli. The only meal that was ok was the prawn and pasta dish. The cost of such small portions was embarrassing, I know it’s fine dining but I have eaten few similar restaurants and Bella by far is at the bottom of the list. There were 5 of us and we were all disappointed. There overall cost of meals does not reflect the dining experience we had, sorry but poor. A refund would be appreciated. The restaurant look is nice, ambience is good but other is not good. I am being honest and disappointed.

Firstly, your waiter conducted a check-back with your table during the meal, no concerns or negative feedback were raised at that time. This would have been an opportunity for us to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction. Additionally, the dishes referenced in your review don’t match what was ordered. You did not have ravioli or steak—it was tortellini and lamb. While we’re glad you enjoyed the ambience, we regret that other aspects of your visit didn’t reflect the high standards we strive for - our Chef's Hat venue is ranked the top 1% in Australia. We find it unusual to see a 1-star review posted after no issues were brought to our attention during your visit.

    We had a great experience tonight at Bella Venezia. Meals were fantastic, service was excellent especially our waiter Brendan. Highly recommend and we will be back

    Excellent service. Our waiter David, was very helpful. Food was delicious. Especially enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flowers.

    Lovely quiet atmosphere. Food was well presented and good subtle flavours that wasn't too heavy or rich. Our waiter Brendan was a easy to converse with and kept the mood relaxed. All round we had a great date night. Thanks

    Our booking was for 6.30 pm . We arrived at 6.35pm our order for drinks and food was taken pretty soon after we arrived which was great. Our meals didn’t arrive at our table till 7.55 pm for me that was getting a little to long to wait.

We have reviewed your visit and timeline: you were seated at 6:33 PM, 6.42 Drinks arrived, 6.53 Pizza entree and kids pizza ordered, 7.04 Mains ordered, 7.15 Entrees and kids meals arrived, 7.19 Mains Called Away, 7.52pm Mains arrived. This is a 35-minute preparation time, well within industry standards for freshly prepared meals, especially for a busy Saturday evening. Our team strives to deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest, and we’re proud to follow a sequence that ensures high-quality food and service. That said, we always welcome feedback to refine and improve. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better experience!

    Nice restaurant although noisy and parking is very limited. Background music bland and annoyingly repetitive.

    Authentic Italian food. Felt like I was transported back to Italy. Incredible, delicious and great, friendly service. A must dining experience when in Mooloolaba!

    Booked 2 weeks in advance, when we arrived were told our table wasn’t ready. We stood outside waiting for half an hour. Eventually we were told we could sit at the bar where we waited a further half an hour, without any apologies for the wait. It was 9.00 before we got menues. David our waiter was lovely, and the food was good, however the whole night was soured by the beginning of the night. You pay top dollar for this restaurant. It just wasn’t good enough.

As your table wasn’t yet ready, we kindly asked you to return at your booking time to relax at the bar, where you waited for a short time before being seated. Once seated, your drinks and food were served in a timely manner, and we’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the service from David and the quality of your meal.
