Featuring raw oysters and fresh seafood with international influences from executive chef Eddie Barrett, BeetleCat is a trendy restaurant and bar in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood. The menu transports you to the New England coast at the upstairs dining room and oyster bar, while the downstairs Den lends itself to a 70s surf shack. Enjoy fresh air on one of the two patios, both upstairs and downstairs. BeetleCat is open nightly for dinner and offers brunch in the Den on Saturdays and Sundays.

    OpenTable Presents Summer Sets: ATL. This unforgettable dining experience allows diners to celebrate some of the best chefs in Atlanta and the music that inspires them and their menus. Join us at Beetlecat on Tuesday, July 23rd at 6:30pm to enjoy a 4 course menu presented by Chef Eddie Barrett featuring a crab salad with heirloom tomatoes, cappelletti, scallops with caviar beurre blanc, and lavender panna cotta for dessert. An optional wine pairing for $35 will also be available. The food, beverages and music are just a mere glimpse into what Atlanta has to offer! All sales are final with no refunds.

    Highly recommend making a reservation and going to donut brunch! Cocktails are delicious. Donuts are delicious and fresh!

    The service was phenomenal - they gave us great attention but not too much. The salt and pepper squid was outstanding. And the collar stupendous. A great experience - we will be back!

    Pink Moon oysters from PEI on the half shell, clam chowder, delicately blackened cod with spicy slaw and fries. The Fish House Punch was refreshing without overwhelming, and the touch of lemon was ideal to cut the sweetness.

    Enjoyed our meal mostly, we ordered the fish spread which was good except the "saltines" that came with it were very very salty. We couldn't finish the spread because of the saltiness of the crackers. We were both hoping for sides salads instead of more of an entree salad. The server was very polite. We were surprised how long after we received our food that it took for our drinks to come out.

    Perhaps expectations were too high based on previous experiences in this restaurant group. Lobster rolls, the "signature dish" .. at $42. , not worth it. Lobster was tough/stringy. Also.. limited menu. can't think of a reason to return.

    Food and service was amazing as always. Our server ,Natalia I believe was her name , was Great! Also the GM, Lamont , is the Best! ….. Don’t forget to get a Lobster Roll

    Beetlecat is always great. Only complaint I have and it’s not really a complaint is that the downstairs can be a bit loud. In transparency, we arrived like an hour plus early for our reservation and they kindly worked us in to be seated almost immediately. They sat us downstairs. It was slightly loud but hey. That’s life. The staff at Beetlecat is always top notch. Our server was Lee (so?) and she was great. One of my favorites wasn’t working this day, Jorge, but he is always a pleasure to see in behind the bar/in front of the wood burning oven.

    Overall the food was very good but quite overpriced for what you get. We also were very disappointed that we reserved a table for 6 and were initially brought to a table that clearly only sat 4 (in fact 4 people ended up sitting there when I told the hostess it wouldn't work for us).

    Food was amazing, drinks delicious, waiter sucked unfortunately, long braided hair African American guy was terrible, never checked on us, was difficult to place orders, & had an attitude when asked to split check. Floor manager was great, was super helpful & kind & sweet. Would have been perfect experience if waiter would have been polite & attentive.

    Alexander was amazing! He made my first time trying Beetlecat an unforgettable experience. Definitely recommend him for your waiter! The Branzino, the oysters, the drinks all were 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!
