The Beefeater Steak House (403 526-6925) is nestled in the town of Medicine Hat, Alberta and is family run. This restaurant has been in business for over 47 years, serving traditional dishes like juicy barbecue chicken, baby back ribs and veal cordon bleu. In addition to house specialties like The King-Cut Prime Rib, The Beefeater Steak House has many seafood options, as well as a great wine list and voluptuous treats.

The menu at The Beefeater Steak House includes many broiled entrées, including filet mignon, T-Bone steak and the house specialty Prime Rib of Beef. Seafood fans will likely enjoy the lobster tails with hot butter or the Salmon Neptune with Asparagus and Hollandaise sauce. Finish off with a warm slice of apple pie with rum sauce and ice cream or cheesecake topped with strawberries. Our famous chefs and talented staff allow you to take in the best experience possible. I’ve never had a problem before the food is always been awesome. This last time I found this food very salty so the meal was not very good even the super salty.

From when we walked in and sat at our table. The service was excellent. The waitress was friendly and And helpful with the menu selection. The house salad with their in-house thousand island dressing was delicious. The steaks that my wife and I ordered were some of the best we have had in a long time very tasteful and cooked just right. And to finish it off. They brought my wife a free dessert for her birthday which was a nice touch to end the meal.

Dining here is considered by my family as special. The ambiance and atmosphere is outstanding. The food is very well prepared and presented. The staff are cordial and very helpful.

We were visiting Medicine Hat on vacation. We booked the Beefeater for our anniversary. The service was excellent. And the food was the best. My wife says her steak was the best she's ever had. This restaurant reminded me of the old Steakloft that my dad worked at for many years in Edmonton. Many of the same menu items. A highly recommended restaurant! Can't say enough good things about this wonderful find!
