Beech is an all-seasons remake of an iconic Jamestown gathering place. Conceived by a group of Jamestown locals who wanted to give their community a restaurant that feels like home. Kevin and his team are serving up inspired creations across 5 dining areas that run the gamut from a lively bar scene to intimate, twinkle-light dining.

Requests for seating, be it outdoor seating in season or room requests during the colder months is a request only and not guaranteed. Beech will try and accommodate your request if there is seating available at the time of your reservation.

In case of inclement weather, Beech will make every effort to accommodate reservations and move the reservation inside, however such accommodations cannot be guaranteed based on Beech's inside capacity. Beech reserves the right to cancel reservations in the event of bad weather.

Great food. attractively presented. The crab cake appetizer was best crab cake we’ve ever had. We had a 5:45 reservation, it was relatively quiet when we arrived.. by the time we left it was pretty noisy and we were glad we am early. We ate in the Tap Room, probably quieter if we had eaten outside. We’ll be back.

Good food. Need to offer a more varied cheese selection on the burgers, etc. American cheese is dated.

Our food was excellent with the service being ok. It appeared our server may have had too many tables. He was very pleasant, but he took a while to bring requested items to us, etc. With schools now in session, staff may have left and not been replaced. We will definitely be back!

Overall, we enjoyed our dinner at BEECH. We started with the hummus appetizer that came with grilled flatbread--very good. For the meal, my husband ordered the roasted vegetables and farro and was quite pleased with it--he is notoriously picky about his meals. I ordered the fusilli which had a lot of olives, but I enjoyed it. We split the chocolate torte, which looked small, but was quite filling. The only downside was that there was one waitress waiting on everyone in the busy pergola section (it was Labor Day), so the service wasn't great. I was all set to order a second glass of wine but by the time she came by to check on us, I was halfway through my meal, so I declined. But the food came out hot, so that is what matters.

WE LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE AT BEECH. THE FOOD WAS MAINLY GOOD BUT THE CRABCAKES WERE EXTREMELY SALTY!! THE SERVER WAS VERY NICE BUT SHE WAS ALSO THE BARTENDER AND WE GOT VERY LITTLE ATTENTION.

My dining companion had scallops on vegetables that he thought was superb. I had a simple beet salad with some grilled shrimp on the side and mine was delicious. The shrimp were grilled the way I like them still soft but a nice grilled flavor on the outside. The server was funny but professional and efficient. Wine choices were delicious. They only quibble I had is that the Prosecco was poured into a warm glass. Other than that everything was just great.

Beech's setting and atmosphere is fantastic. The food is good but not excellent. We had fried calamari which had hardly any sauce with it. I had a homemade pasta dish with chicken which was pretty good-- I would have liked more pasta and less chicken. My daughter had a burger which was perfectly cooked.
