Avec l'équipe derrière The Stanton Social il y a Beauty & Essex, un grand restaurant de 930 mètres carres, avec son bar et salon au cœur du Lower east side.

L'atmosphère de l'espace est à la fois grandiose et intime, avec du caractère et effervescent. Différentes salles pour se prélasser et manger se dévoilent sur deux étages, comme une grande maison de ville du siècle dernier. Chaque chambre possède ses propres éléments uniques qui célèbrent la conception de bijoux intemporels et les magasins de bijoux haut de gamme.

Valentine's Day A La Carte reservation. This $50 per person deposit is a fixed fee to guarantee banquette seating, and may not be used towards food and beverage. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason we ask that you do so by 10:00 pm the day prior to receive a refund. Any cancellations made after 10:00 pm will not be eligible for a refund. We thank you in advance for your cooperation, and look forward to seeing you soon! Please note that all banquette reservations have a 2 hour dining limit.

All reservations require a deposit of $10 per person, regardless of the party size. This deposit will be taken off of the final bill at the end of your visit. Dress to impress! If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we ask that you do so by 10pm the day prior in order to receive a refund by emailing NYBeautyInfo@TaoGroup.Com. Any cancellations made after 10pm will not be eligible for a refund. Please let us know in advance if your party decreases. Please note that all reservations have a 90 minute dining limit due to high demand. We will try our best to accommodate seating preferences or general requests but they are not guaranteed. We look forward to serving you!

Join us Sunday through Thursday from 5 PM – 7 PM and 9 PM – late, or Friday and Saturday from 10 PM – late, for a perfect blend of flavors and ambiance, right when you need it.

The food was delicious.. but my husband did get sick after eating at restaurant. i am afraid maybe something he ate . the peruvian chicken was his dish. It happened a few hours after. So please check your make she chicken is ok.

Be ready to wait. Waited more than 45 minutes to be seated despite our reservation. Upon being seated, server seemed to indicate it's normal (so what point of reservation). Ambiance great. Drinks great. Food was generally served cold. Cool place. Just left something to be desired. Would likely try again to see if different but if same, plenty of other cool places in city to go to

The worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant and honestly this is the first bad review I have ever written. I had scheduled a reservation for 8:15 pm for my sisters birthday dinner, her 40th. We showed up at 7:45 pm and the hostess said take a seat at our bar and we will come grab you when your table is ready, we grab two cocktails and the bartender is just rude, we still tip 30% (we work in the industry) and waited for our table. About at 8:20 pm the manager comes to our corner of the bar and proceeds to talk to his best friend and telling his friend how he will give him the restaurant week menu even though since it’s Saturday it is not available to everyone else. Meanwhile he is literally hanging on the back of my sister’s chair to where she cannot lean back or even move her chair. At 8:30 annoyed that the manager is just chilling near us I went up to the hostess and asked how much longer. We were told that they assigned our table before they opened and we are waiting for those guest to finish at the table we are assigned but don’t worry because they’re paying their check. We watched the bar area turn over in crowds, 4 times. All groups of young girls or sugar daddies with their babies all got sat. We ordered another round at the bar with the rude bartender, never being thanked or smile or anything. The 4 drinks we had totaled over $100 before tip. The manager kept coming back and checking on his friend but not any other guests. I’m sure if the manager/GM sees this they can check the cameras. So at 9:00 pm I go back up to the hostess and she’s like I can’t tell you how much longer we don’t know… and so we left and said screw it we will go spend our $$$ elsewhere. At 9:56 pm, we got a text saying our table was ready. Again, I have never been treated like this at any establishment and honestly the investors should be embarrassed, along with the staff. If you’re not in a large group or hot/young or the manager’s friend, don’t do it. You’ve been warned.

Reservation was at 9:45 pm , we were seated by 11 pm , but overall food was great , and the bartender with long hair on the second level was amazing , a big 5 star for him

Very bad service, we had reservations and we need to wait for the table 1:45 hr. When we asked what going on? When tee get table,? The answer was “you need to wait the customers on your table didn’t finish yet “. Never go there any more!!! They want you to spend time on the bar ( they have 2 x bars) and spend their time and money, the prices for alcohol it’s over priced,compared to a lot of other places. The rate is above 0!!!

We went there for restaurant week and it felt like they had a specific section just for that. It was tight and the table was wobbly the entire time. Didn’t really anticipate this since we’ve gone there a few times. And fyi, the food is definetly not “shareable” portion.

We changed our booking time and one party member was late but they were very accommodating. The heat was intense on the top floor which was very uncomfortable. The food was fine, wouldn’t go again for the food but the cocktails, vibes and people were great. Definitely go to take a look yourself.

Absolutely loved everything about the restaurant. It’s beautiful and has an upbeat sexy vibe. The host and servers were all warm and friendly and excellent. The Little French Dippers are delicious and the eggplant so yummy, everything was really great. Highly recommended

Delightful experience all the way through. Started at the bar with a martini flight and tasty oysters, then onto our table for a sumptuous meal. Tried a number of shareable dishes, all very well explained by our waiter. Manager came by to say hello and further explained some of the ingredients and how they were used, very enlightening! My advice, try as many things as you can! Your palate with thank you. Will be back often!
