Provenant directement du Lower East Side de New York et de l'équipe derrière le fameux TAO Asian Bistro & LAVO Italian de Vegas, Beauty & Essex est un restaurant, un bar, et salon luxueux et intime au cœur de The Cosmopolitan de Las Vegas.


Il y a plusieurs salles pour se prélasser, dans cet espace de 930 mètres carrés, inspirés par maison de ville du Lower East Side. Chaque chambre possède ses propres éléments uniques qui célèbrent la conception de bijoux intemporels et les magasins de bijoux haut de gamme.

    Beauty & Essex is one of my Las Vegas favorites. The atmosphere is fun, and the music is just right as a precursor to a night out. The servers can be a little slow with cocktails, but overall service is great. Our water glasses were never empty and food was well-paced. As a group of 6, we ordered 10 different dishes and 2 sides. This is a family style / sharing type restaurant. We were hungry, but didn’t finish all the food. I would say a moderately hungry group could probably go with 6-7 dishes with 1-2 sides and be fine (assume 1/person + 1/4 of a side). The downside is most of the dishes that were the favorites, are those that only had one portion per person. In our party those were: chicken meatballs, grilled cheese dumplings, and the kale apple salad. Least favorites: French dip sliders, scallops, and the filet. Of the sides, we got French fries and broccolini- both great (get horseradish aioli with the fries if ranch is your usual go to). The drinks are good, but I didn’t see anything I found particularly creative and different from similar establishments. Beauty & Essex is great for groups due to the family style plates and atmosphere. It’s loud, so maybe not the place to have conversation with everyone at the table. However, if you need a place to eat before hitting the town Beauty & Essex has great food with an energizing ambiance.

    We had an amazing dinner for our daughter’s 21st birthday. The service was spot on, drinks came fast and delicious and food was amazing. We had 8 people and we did a tasting of 6 different dishes. All were divided into 8 bites.

    Love this place! Yummy and unique cocktails. Our dishes were perfectly timed and delicious. Loved the Thai shrimp and crispy tofu! So many great options AND best of all they have a menu dedicated to Gluten Free options which was super helpful for my daughter who is celiac. We ended the night with the Bundt cake (GF) and I had the donuts (a must have!!). And the service was 5 star all the way around!

    This was a suprisingly great experience! Upon entering it looks like a small consignment shop until they let you through a side door which gave me speak easy vibes. We were greated and seated quickly with a reservation. Asked the waiteor for recommendations and ordered 5 shareable items, all of which were absolutely amazing! The tomato soup and bao buns will definitely be something we order again. Only down side was that the lighting was so dim it was hard to see the menu, and the carrot cake cupcakes weren’t good. Everything else was five star, including the DJ!

    Absolutely loved this restaurant. From the hidden speak easy style entrance to the ambiance and customer service from the staff everything from the start was wonderful. What made it unforgettable was the food. There were 7 of us and we cleared almost every plate. Well seasoned, great variety, good music, tasty drinks, overall loved this restaurant. Will be coming back and recommending to others!!
