Beatrix is a neighborhood coffeehouse, restaurant and meeting place in Chicago’s River North, Streeterville, Fulton Market, The Loop and Oak Brook neighborhoods. The restaurant is the brainchild of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ Founder Rich Melman, Executive Partner and Divisional President Marc Jacobs and Chef Partners Andrew Ashmore, Rita Dever and Susan Weaver. The menu features healthy meets delicious options, and is known for its iconic coffee and bakery counter, including signature cookies, in-house pastry favorites and our house blends from Beatrix Coffee Roasters, featuring Light, Dark, Espresso and Decaf roasts.

Great brunch experience on a casual Saturday morning. Friends in from out of town for the weekend and we needed a fun, energetic spot to meet for a leisurely midday meal. Beautrix Fulton Market is an ideal place to meet up. The Coffee bar and bakery is an easy option for something light and the restaurant offers both a bunch menu and a regular menu. The food is delicious and the service is prompt, polite and professional. The pricing and value make Beautrix easy to recommend. Enjoy!

Still had to wait for a table and didn’t even get an individual table. Had to share a communal table despite reservation and tables being available.

Brussel sprouts a must. Chicken enchiladas the best I’ve had. Everything so fresh and flavorful! Margaret was fantastic.

The menu for restaurant week was great and gave people a choice to choose the most popular dishes they offer for brunch. It was a very generous menu for restaurant week. I appreciate the service, delicious food, and ambiance. Nice Vibe!!!!

Great food and good customer service. Valet parking was easy. It was a great vibe and I truly enjoy this place.

Always a solid choice. We are basically regulars. They have a great, fresh burger and my wife loves the Chicken Caesar salad. Kind of a basic order but some other favorites are the Chicken Bebe, Straight A Salad, and the Pistachio Whitefish. Beatrix is a clean, trendy forward, consistent, and provides great service. We’ll be back for years to come!
