beachhouse is a laid back, foodie destination set right here on a stunning stretch of Devon coast line at South Milton Sands. Take a seat and relax just a stones throw from the sand, with all the sizzling prawns and lobster you could wish for, accompanied by a bottle of Lady A rose.     Truly stunning seafood platter Without exception the best seafood platter we’ve had anywhere in the world. The service and ambiance were true sea beach vibes. If you’ve not been, just get there 😇

    We were seated by the door on a very windy, wet and cool evening. I had the fish of the day, sea bream, which was very good though a little disappointed that the sauce wasn't more interesting. Fish price ok. I think £6 for a small bowl of salad leaves is a little pricy in comparison withe same price for a decent bowl of chips and a nice plate of peas/ samphire. My partner was disappointed with the goujons. £11 also seemed a bit steep for a glass of sauvignon blanc. Quite like the overall ambience abd the table sharing. I would recommend but with caveats.

    We had the bang bang prawns to stat and then crab linguine too full for a dessert food was fabulous location is stunning and the staff are amazing we will visit again.

    If you’re in Devon, then is a must visit. The food, beverages, staff and location are all first class. Everything is freshly cooked from quality sourced local ingredients, great menu to suit everyone’s taste, caters for all ages, go on, don’t hesitate and have a great time at The Beachhouse.

    Great lunch ! Sea bass was fab. So was Frito misto. And afogato ! Thanks so much for wonderful time !
