Food is good - not great but good. Prices are steep and service lacking. My dinner came but my fork was taken away with appetizer and I had to chase a bus boy down to get one. Ordered linguine with clam sauce but they didnt ask if I wanted cheese, no extra bowl provided for clam shells, etc. For the prices they charge, the food should be very good and service excellent. We return because of the ambiance…the outdoor seating is perfection being on the water with lush tropical plants everywhere.

The only complaint i have is the 2 female bartenders that worked the night i was there were not friendly, non-accommodating and did not make good drinks... But the restaurant side was amazing, our waiter Anthony is the bomb and for the record their ceviche is to die for!!!

The atmosphere is always enjoyable. The food was very good! The only issue is that when you make a reservation you should be aware it is for inside. If you want to sit outside you need to put your name down when you arrive and wait. We waited 45 minutes past our reservation time for a table!

Wow. I used to love this place but not anymore. To start, we ordered drinks and the “cold fashion” tasted like straight pineapple juice. The fish and chips had RAW dough breading and my mom’s fish was NOT Sole fish. It was thick and breaded grossly. The server handed me steak knife with the sharp side towards me???? The blonde haired manager didn’t seem too interested about our disgusting food either. Overall a horrible experience. I hope it isn’t like this every time. The service and the food was NOT GOOD for the price

We went to beach tavern to have our anniversary dinner. My husband got the shrimp and lobster pasta. He said it was ok. There were only 2 large shrimp and half a lobster but we both thought it would be piece of lobster. I had the eggplant parm again it was ok. Not the best I’ve had. The waiter was nice and checked on us but not overly annoying so that was a plus.

Sat outside for a great lunch, umbrella up for some shade. Service was great, food was delicious & great ambiance.

We were happy with our appetizers, salad and steamers. Felt both entrees weren’t flavorful. Place is clean, nice water view. Service felt a little slow. This restaurant wasn’t recommended we found it doing a search online. Unfortunately we probably won’t go back.

We were looking forward to trying the Beach Tavern since we heard Boomer Esiason mention it on 2 occasions. We went for our Anniversary . The view from the bar and most tables of the channel and boats is very nice but that’s where the ambiance ended for me. Ugly white tables with yellow wood knots, placed a little too close together were unappealing. We started at the bar and had to call the bartender over to get served. It wasn’t busy enough to wait that long. With the exception of our Server who was very friendly, there weren’t a lot of smiles . I had scallops over risotto and my wife had half lobster and shrimp scampi over linguini. My risotto was tasteless and the scallops were just ok and my wife said the linguini had no taste before she salted it. We didn’t bother with dessert. To add insult to injury, they charged 3.95% credit card fee. This is a pet peeve for us. If you need to offset credit card fees, just add it to the price of the meal instead of throwing another annoying fee at me. It was a Tuesday evening so maybe it was just an off night but there are too many restaurants to try so this one’s off our list.
