Let the Beach Pea’s team of talented chefs prepare a delicious meal for you. With diverse specialties, ranging from French cuisine to traditional Italian pasta, the combined experience of this kitchen produces delicious, elegant dishes with a focus on fresh Nova Scotia seafood.

We accept reservations for dinner service, but if our dining room and patio are full, you are welcome to have a refreshing drink at the breezy bar while you wait to be seated.

Please note that we hold reservations for a maximum of 15 minutes
We are happy to accommodate parties of 1-8 guests in our intimate space.

                                            I had the halibut. It was a thin piece, overcooked with a tough exterior. Halibut should flake and only needs a few minutes on each side with some butter, salt and pepper. I was expecting a halibut steak for $40, not a thin fillet. It was serviced with a tomato couscous that was so salty I could not eat it. It was served on a cracked plate. The waitress was lovely and replaced my order but , the replacement was only a little better, again it was overcooked and too salty. I have eaten out a lot and have never returned food, I felt terrible about doing so, but when the waitress asked, I had to say something. My husband had a steak and said it was good.

                                            WOW!!!! That’s all I have to say! This place is a must if you’re travelling to Lunenburg. We had Tuna Tartare, scallop risotto and the seafood pasta! Hands down best meal of the trip! Thank you for a wonderful night out!

                                            We had another great meal last night at Beach Pea. The food for all 4 of us was delicious and the staff could not have been more warm and welcoming. We love this spot.

                                            Loved everything about the Beach Pea. The Caesar salad and mussels were delicious, and the scallops and halibut dishes were amazing. Loved the ambiance as well. Will definitely be back.
