Le chef Luis Roger vient de Girona en Espagne. Il a été formé sous le chef Ferran Adria, étoilé par le Michelin, à elBulli. Le chef Luis Roger a aussi enseigné à l'école culinaire renommée Aula Gastronomica de l'Emporada. Le restaurant est situé dans une maison victorienne des années 1920 dans le quartier branché de Montrose et du District Museum, au 4210 rue Roseland. BCN Taste & Tradition recrée une expérience espagnole authentique avec un service hors pair. Le menu présente la cuisine avant-gardiste et fantastique qui a mis l'Espagne sur la scène mondiale.

The staff and food were very memorable. Dealing with the check very negatively impacted our enjoyment of the evening. With add on and combined items it took us about 10 minutes with calculators to figure out our individual tabs for our table of 4. With the cost of my meal I felt this was completely unacceptable. I rarely return when a restaurant takes away from a wonderful experience requiring us to handle the check at the end of what should be an elegant evening,

Absolutely lovely experience at BCN. On top of the delightful and delicious food, the service was excellent. I booked the patio originally, then saw that it was going to be 98 degrees. I called and left a message and the hostess promised to give me an open table if possible. To my pleasant surprise the hostess called back the next day to say they found a table inside for my large party. They are so kind an attentive.

The service was amazing , The bartender Javier was known and attentive, food was delicious and their G&T’s were phenomenal Can’t wait to go back

I was told BCN was a top-tier restaurant, so I've wanted to try it for a while. Went with friends, so we ended up with diferent entrees + the octopus app. Octopus was only ok. My rabbit was also only ok. The lamb and steak were very good, but nothing special, which is what you kind of expect from a restaurant like this. Waiter was 5-star. IMHO, there are way better places to eat, especially in H-town.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant and we will definitely be returning. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff and service are amazing! You definitely need to try the gin and tonic cocktails. The cocktail is amazing and very well presented. Almost too pretty to drink. I highly recommend.

Best restaurant in my life in the US. Really travelling to Spain in a meal. Incredible experience, stunning food and amazing art collection with real Picassos, Dali, Chillida and more.
