BC Kitchen is a restaurant go to for inventive comfort foods. With an approachable, fun spirited ambiance, guests will enjoy local favorites with a twist. BC Kitchen will also have an extensive bar featuring a range of local, regional and international beer, craft cocktails and wine by the glass. This will be the premier casino social destination pre-and post events.

BC Kitchen is a great spot for you to enjoy PPV, UFC, NFL, NBA, MLS, NHL and other Major League sports. Join us for each and every Canucks game as we show them on all 15 of our TVs with great sound.

An awesome experience. Went there tonight for my birthday meal after the Lions game. The staff made this visit very memorable. Service was excellent, food was fantastic. I had the chance to meet the floor supervisor, Wayne and he is a marvelous person. His whole staff works as a true team. I am really impressed. Wayne took the time to introduce me to Jason, the director of food and beverage. We had a short and very cordial conversation. This was a total "feel good" time. I would highly endorse this restaurant. They have the old school philosophy, if it is not right, we will make it right. They strive to give you a great experience. This all happened at the busiest time....right after the game. Hats off to you folks. Thank you.

We wanted a burger and beer before the Stones concert and this showed up on Open Table so we booked a table. We had one vegan in the party. We didn’t realize the restaurant was smack in the middle of the Parq Casino which made it quite noisy, but okay fine. We ended up sitting at our table for over 20 minutes before anyone gave us any attention, even as others who arrived after us were served. We finally got noticed and gave our orders. 10 minutes pass - they don’t have the beer I ordered. I order a different beer. 10 minutes pass - drinks arrive but they have questions about the Garden burger ordered by our vegan - they ask us if they can “substitute a wrap instead of the bun” (because eggs in the dough). “That’s fine” we say, and we’re hopeful our order will be served soon. 10 more minutes pass - the manager comes out. “The garden burger has cheese in it. Can we make you something else, a nice salad, we’ll go up something nice for you, hemp seeds, some other things…?” “That’s fine,” we say. And again we’re hopeful to be served soon. 15 more minutes pass and our food arrives. The fancy salad is a pile of cabbage - coleslaw without the dressing with a few edamame beans thrown on top. The other dishes, beef dip and a burger were fine. Nothing special. But the fancy salad was awful. They ended up removing it from the bill (thank you). Really unimpressive showing.

We had the butter chicken and the steak frites and a couple of cocktails. Everything was good and deserved 4 stars. I’d go back for a casual not too fancy meal.

The Fish & Chips was awful The fish was like fish fingers with a coating rather than what fish should be like in fish and chips

We were greeted by the host person and were recognized immediately and taken to our table. Server was prompt and food order received quickly. We dined and were able to make it to the game at B. C. Place on time

This is my 4th time going to BC Kitchen at Parq and boy was I disappointed! My cheeseburger came to me RAW and when I asked the server if he could redo it for me he said “I’ve seen them pink but not that pink”. My burger came back after about 10 minutes, without cheese and I had to ask for a slice. The manager did not come to apologize to rectify the situation and the waiter seemed to avoid the table afterwards. frankly, this was not the first time my food has been undercooked at this location. I really tried to give it another go, but I will not be returning.

Gameday buckets of beer are a great deal! Eats were good and service was busy but did their best to ensure we had everything we needed.

We had the prime rib special and it was cooked just right and a real value at $35. But it’s only available after 5pm Saturday and Sunday which the menu didn’t say when we reserved a table for 4pm so we had to wait.
