Bazaar Mar offers an innovative seafood-driven menu served with chef José Andrés’ signature lens of whimsy, creativity, and unexpected flair, showcasing some of the world's finest ingredients which have been expertly researched and sourced. True to its name—mar is Spanish for sea—the menu's extensive raw bar selection, whole fish prepared in a number of ways, and a focus on ingredients playfully brings the very best elements of the ocean indoors.

This was a great choice. There are many many restaurants to choose from in Las Vegas. I wanted to try Jose's fish restaurant because I had eaten at his meat restaurant and was impressed. I wasn't disappointed. Service was excellent. The food was tapas/community style and very delicious. There are some wonderful food selections such as the olives which were surprising and very tasty. All the food was great.

What a beautiful experience. Our server and sommelier were outstanding. Described and answered questions to a tee. Everyone that touched the table was so accommodating and respectful. Yes we spent a lot of money but they made every penny worth it. Along with the incredible menu and wine pairing. I will never forget this beautiful experience and as a restaurant manager I can appreciate all the details! If I come back to Vegas, I will bring someone I love here. 100%

Enjoyed a spectacular pre-concert meal. Our server was very attentive and informative. When we told him of our evening plans, he suggested menu items that we. Hold order and make our show time. The tasting menu items came out when we were ready for them and the servers explained what they were. The small bites were just the right quantity and very tasty.

The service was excellent. The food was delicious and drinks were very good. The tasting was a very good value. The only critique was that some of the portions could be reduced( the main courses) and another smaller bite added. I would return to this restaurant again, knowing what I know now.

Great variety on the a la carte and tasting menus. We had the Bazaar Mar Experience menu, which offered a good representation of dishes: a river trout "flower" in a cone; jamón Ibérico and caviar in a nori "taco"; sea scallops with green grapes; kueh pai ti, a Singaporean street food bite; fried baby squid in a po' boy; lobster croquetas; and a key lime ice mousse over a graham cracker "beach". And that's not the entire list. Service was very efficient. If you're hungry, you could probably complete this tasting menu in under 90 minutes and make it to a show if you planned ahead. Cocktails were very tasty and well presented. As for appearance, this restaurant featured a nicely adorned bar in the center of the restaurant, not to be confused with Bar Centro, which is on the level below in a different area of the mall. Ambient noise from the surrounding Crystals mall was minimal and non-distracting.

Quality of the seafood itself was great. While good on paper, all the execution and flavor of sauces were extremely off and unappealing. The open to the mall ambiance is not suitable for a restaurant with a $275 tasting menu and prices this high. It seemed like whatever chef was on duty was not double the line's work and whoever made sauces that day was not tasting their product before putting it on the line. We were specifically given spoons to eat sliced sashimi off a contoured glass plate? I still don't know if this was a conscious choice or an oversite by our server, but it was difficult to scoop up a thinly sliced piece of fish, put wasabi on it and dip it in soy sauce with just a large metal spoon. Water choices are purposely worded ambiguously so you have to ask which is tap and which other 3 (!?) water options are charged for. We guessed wrong and paid $12 for a bottle of refrigerated water. I'm a long time fan and admirer of Jose and all the work he does (one of my biggest inspirations as a chef, myself.) I had a much better experience at Bazaar Meat a few years ago.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Exceptionally accommodating and friendly staff. Food was absolutely wonderful. The tasting menu is the perfect amount for a perfect price. They were easily able to accommodate a specific seafood allergy in our party. Will absolutely be back.
