Bazaar Mar offers an innovative seafood-driven menu served with chef José Andrés’ signature lens of whimsy, creativity, and unexpected flair, showcasing some of the world's finest ingredients which have been expertly researched and sourced. The food and service were outstanding. We love everything José Andrés has to offer. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The food was clever, imaginative and delicious. This is a must try!

So unique and delicious. Beautiful open space dining. Presentation of every dish is instagrammable! The branzino melts in your mouth. The “bagel and lox” is a must as is the fried squid and he river trout cones. The Iberian ham is a classic. Jose Andres never disappoints!

As always with Jose Andres restaurants, the tasting menu was exquisite, well paced and well portioned. The somm recommended a delicious and interesting white, at a very reasonable price point. The room, in the middle of a high end mall, is a little odd at first but the ambiance and design of the space overcome that quickly.

As with every Jose Andres restaurant we’ve been to, this was amazing. Food, service, atmosphere were all top notch!! Highly recommend!

Another fabulous addition to Jose Andres stable of restaurants, every dish was absolutely spectacular. The service was superb, extremely attentive and very friendly, it was a pleasure to be there from start to finish. Being located in a mall means it's not exactly the most romantic setting in Vegas, but from every other angle its a must go.

The food was amazing! Worth the money. But the service is spot on and the staff was so attentive. I absolutely would recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I lived in Vegas, I would be here often!

Overall a great experience. Food was outstanding, as expected given it’s Jose Andres. Service was professional, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Highlights: • Chu-toro (my favorite for sashimi) with quail egg. Phenomenal! • Po’ boy with oysters & ossetra • Fried dorado. In pieces including crispy skin, with a Tartar sauce to die for. The olives two ways was excellent and interesting, but for us more of a one-time experience. There are too many other items we want to try on our next visit!

Last time spectacular food and service. This time average service and 1/2 spectacular dishes. The blue fin tuna & egg and the mini sandwich bagel & cream cheese differed very much from our fist visit and were ok but not spectacular like before. A food runner didn't run the two mini plates to us and only ran one out. Then our entree comes out at same time. Our waiter corrected things but the other tapas plate came after our entree. Also the hostess sat people who checked in after us so we felt insulted. Surprised that management didn't send apologies to us for slaming out our entree before all our tapas came out. I'd expect this at a lower end restaurant but not here. On the bright side the grilled fish and the Japanese Peaches were still great like before.

Incredibly creative, but every single thing delivered. Don’t miss the key lime beach dessert — kind of a deconstructed key lime pie, only way better.
