Bazaar Mar offers an innovative seafood-driven menu served with chef José Andrés’ signature lens of whimsy, creativity, and unexpected flair, showcasing some of the world's finest ingredients which have been expertly researched and sourced. I am usually amazed and the consistency of the Joe Andreas group from Jaleo to E and beyond. This is the exception to my experience. Service was on point but food lacked flavor, presentation was fair and nothing that gave you an A-ha

What an amazing overall dining experience. Our waiter Nik was thoughtful and attentive. To our surprise the restaurant had only been open for 6 weeks so luckily most of the kinks had been worked out. We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairing which was just amazing. Our sommelier Jeremias was super sweet and enthusiastic with the pairing. He opened several bottles for us to try out tonight that he was also testing. Overall 5 stars and experiment lasting over 3 hrs. It’s a must Jose Andre restaurant to dine.

Amazing food. Lobster Croquetas, Not so p boy Jose, Ora King Salmon, and the Miso Glazed Secreto Iberico were all great! Iberico was my favorite. I wouldn't get the Papas Arrugas again. Service was top notch. Multiple people checking in. We ordered 2 much food for 2 of us which is everything listed previously.

This is the fifth of José Andreas' restaurants we have dined at, and it didn't disappoint. Our waiter, Joseph, was engaging, attentive, and very knowledgeable on the menu and Chef Jose's intentions.The sommelier was able to steer us to an outstanding wine that worked exceptionally well with all our menu choices. The GM was more than happy to come over and answer my wife's questions on the decore and artwork. Overall, it was a 5-star experience.

The food was incredible. The waiter was one of the best I’ve had in a long time really enjoyed the experience sometimes it’s hard to blow me away because I would call myself food and a great cook, but this was an incredible meal.

Amazing out of the ordinary seafood and service. It is hard to order because they offer so many different and interesting plates of food. We had the trout cones, Jose Taco, Bluefin Tuna and Fried Egg, Bagel & Lox, Japanese baby potatoes, grilled fish and Meringue citrus dessert. It was an amazing choice for my birthday too!
