Bazaar Mar offers an innovative seafood-driven menu served with chef José Andrés’ signature lens of whimsy, creativity, and unexpected flair, showcasing some of the world's finest ingredients which have been expertly researched and sourced. Service nonexistent. Had to ask for silverware and napkins after the food was served. Had to request additional water from the Maître d. Server could not explain the composition nor portion sizes of the menu dishes. Food just OK.

The team at Bazaar Mar are excellent. A few issues with my order were well dealt with and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a good night. Every bite and sip was delicious. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a 5:30 reservation on Christmas Eve, were greeted warmly by everyone, and were seated immediately. I haven't been to Vegas in over 30 years and was surprised to see how many fine restaurants are essentially in malls and casinos. Bazaar Mar is beautifully appointed, but I will admit, it took me a while to adjust to the fact that part of my view was of a shopping mall. That being said, our experience was superb. We opted for Jose's Creative Experience at $275 a head, and feel we made an excellent choice. Our waiter John was incredibly knowledgably and enthusiastic. Hubby's cocktail was smoked table side to start our culinary journey. Where to begin? I think there were 14 courses in all. It's hard to pick a favorite, but some highlights.... The Jamón Ibérico was like butter...salty, ham flavored butter! Also LOVED the tempura red snapper, the lobster salad, and the Anchoas Don Bocarte (which was essentially toast slathered with butter and whole anchovies) The pacing was perfect, start to finish we were there for 3 fantastic hours. It was an incredibly creative, memorable meal. Even at $275 a head, we felt we got incredible value. Bravo!!!

The food and drink was delicious from start to finish with a thoughtful menu. It was truly a trip to Spain made enjoyable by the wonderful team.

Fantastic experience overall, even as someone who doesn’t eat a lot of seafood. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Vegas in a long time.

We had the Bazaar Mar Experience and it was spectacular! Such creativity and deliciousness that only comes for the Jose Andres team. Visiting from the DC area and totally excited to try Mar — did not disappoint. The tasting menu totally rivaled the experience at Mini Bar!! Thanks to Edgar for the hospitality and everyone else as well. We will be back! And to meeting Alex, see you in 2026 at Bazaar / Venetian. Thank you!

Sad to say I was very disappointed by the experience. Maybe it's a the trend nowadays at upscale restaurants but the food portions were miniscule and $200 of food was nowhere near enough for two people. The biggest let-down was that one of my appetizer had a hard bone-like bit in it that almost cracked my tooth. It was brought to the server's attention who came back later and said that it was a "over-roasted" peanut. She apologized but that was it, still charged the full bill for it and no apology from the chef or manager.
