Bazaar Mar offers an innovative seafood-driven menu served with chef José Andrés’ signature lens of whimsy, creativity, and unexpected flair, showcasing some of the world's finest ingredients which have been expertly researched and sourced. Great variety on the a la carte and tasting menus. We had the Bazaar Mar Experience menu, which offered a good representation of dishes: a river trout "flower" in a cone; jamón Ibérico and caviar in a nori "taco"; sea scallops with green grapes; kueh pai ti, a Singaporean street food bite; fried baby squid in a po' boy; lobster croquetas; and a key lime ice mousse over a graham cracker "beach". And that's not the entire list. Service was very efficient. If you're hungry, you could probably complete this tasting menu in under 90 minutes and make it to a show if you planned ahead. Cocktails were very tasty and well presented. As for appearance, this restaurant featured a nicely adorned bar in the center of the restaurant, not to be confused with Bar Centro, which is on the level below in a different area of the mall. Ambient noise from the surrounding Crystals mall was minimal and non-distracting.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Exceptionally accommodating and friendly staff. Food was absolutely wonderful. The tasting menu is the perfect amount for a perfect price. They were easily able to accommodate a specific seafood allergy in our party. Will absolutely be back.

Food was amazing and service was impeccable. Amazing work with different textures and flavors. Drinks were also amazing. Definitely will come again to try one of the tasting experiences

This was our 2nd dining experience at a Jose Andres restaurant. I love that this establishment is not in a casino for a change so that we don’t smell like smoke. The waiter who tended to us on a special occasion was attentive and provided great service. Another outstanding feature I loved about this place was that it served a granita for dessert, which was very difficult to find in this city. All the dishes were perfect in their serving sizes and complexity of flavors.

You feel like you’re in a mall. It’s too bright and fluorescent which was nothing like the website. Food was over-engineered and complicated requiring a lot of explanation. Nothing was that standout or flavorful. Shark crackers were tasty. Service, however, was excellent, prompt and enthusiastic. Think her name was Catalina

Excellent meal at another Jose Andres restaurant. We shared the whole fish (Branzino, grilled), elote corn, lobster croquettes, and key lime desert. The meal was spaced well. Would highly recommend

Jose Andres tasting menu - ambitious, Michelin-pricey ($275), but not Michelin-delivering. Pacing was off - Tasty and creative bites came slowly, stretching over at least an hour of grumbling tummies, then all the substantial items came basically at once. All protein/carbs - Everything was good, especially the salt-baked whole branzino, but the single vegetable (a roasted carrot course) seemed insufficient. Wine miss - I asked to try the wine pairing ($300 for 7 wines) but my husband doesn't drink alcohol and they would only allow the wine tasting if we both got it.

What a treat!! Amazing service and food. Whole did that rivals Milos. Interesting innovative tapas. Definitely a food driven restaurant.
