Bazaar Mar offers an innovative seafood-driven menu served with chef José Andrés’ signature lens of whimsy, creativity, and unexpected flair, showcasing some of the world's finest ingredients which have been expertly researched and sourced. Fantastic experience overall, even as someone who doesn’t eat a lot of seafood. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Vegas in a long time.

We had the Bazaar Mar Experience and it was spectacular! Such creativity and deliciousness that only comes for the Jose Andres team. Visiting from the DC area and totally excited to try Mar — did not disappoint. The tasting menu totally rivaled the experience at Mini Bar!! Thanks to Edgar for the hospitality and everyone else as well. We will be back! And to meeting Alex, see you in 2026 at Bazaar / Venetian. Thank you!

Entire service staff was not familiar with gluten-free options. Had to ask at every course if it was gluten free. Kitchen staff was unwilling to modify a course to be gluten free to maintain the execution of the chef’s vision. That is not appropriate for the price of the meal, especially for dishes that could be easily modified.

Way overpriced for what you get if you’re eating a la carte. It’s not nearly as playful and fun as Bazaar Meat was. My lobster was overcooked which is unacceptable at a place like this. The kitchen just really seemed to struggle with execution. Even the oysters all had bits of shell in them from improper shucking. We’ve been to several José Andrés restaurants and have come to expect much better.

Last year Bizarre Meat was the culinary highlight of our trip. This year Bizarre Mar showed that lightening doesn't always strike twice. Wierd location sitting open inside a mall, watched families with unruly kids and other hyjinx while dining (our bill for 4, after a generous tip, was close to $1800.00 so the bright, open mall setting was NOT in line with the pretense). Our server was nice and we tipped him exorbitantly, but after the first couple conversations we gave up on understanding more than a third of what he said--very difficult accent and spoke quickly. We had a lot of back and forth conversations to clarify things that should have been easy to take care of on their end--shellfish allergy required multiple confusing conversations and back and forth and remember--none of us could understand more than a third of what was said to us and the many is confusing. We gave up on that early on and just smiled and tried to enjoy the experience. The food was not stellar. Some of it was not even good. If setting doesn't mean anything to you and you're fine with paying top dollar for meh food then this may be your place. We were almost alone in the dining room at 8:30 pm on a Saturday so you tell me what's up.. took THREE HOURS to get through the experience and we were desperate to leave.

The food is great. Service is good, but can be better. They made an error in writing our order for one of the side dishes and the timing of bringing the dishes out simultaneously needs to be better.

Aloha, Jose Andres’ newest add in Las Vegas. Located in the Crystal Shops with high-end stores, a feel of luxury when dining here. Staff is attentive yet not overly, and suggested some great dishes. Some signature items may be a bit salt forward for some but ahh who doesn’t love salt, right. I mean when you combine caviar and iberico ham, what did you expect, and topped with gold and sitting on nori, wow. I’d order it again. Add truffles to dishes that offer it, well worth your tastebuds being happy and satisfied. A nice glass of wine helps you digest everything perfectly. Enjoy

All of the staff went out of their way to accommodate my wife’s gluten allergy. There are not enough words to express how amazing they were!! On top of that, every dish they served was excellent. Great experience!!
