Bazaar Mar offers an innovative seafood-driven menu served with chef José Andrés’ signature lens of whimsy, creativity, and unexpected flair, showcasing some of the world's finest ingredients which have been expertly researched and sourced. True to its name—mar is Spanish for sea—the menu's extensive raw bar selection, whole fish prepared in a number of ways, and a focus on ingredients playfully brings the very best elements of the ocean indoors.

Fun dining experience but hit or miss on the food! Some were excellent and some seemed off on flavor profile - too salty, one ingredient overpowering the rest, etc. They may still be ironing out menu details!

One of the top 10 dining experiences of my life! Have booked private room/pre-fix menus before with José Andres, and this exceeded all of them. Private room for 8 was intimate, quiet enough to hear, and the personal service from John was exceptional. I love “Food as Entertainment”, as there are many options in Las Vegas. This will certainly be among your most memorable. The wine paired exceptionally. The few items on our 10 course tasting that clashed with one of our party’s allergies was substituted for them perfectly. Be sure to try the Kueh Pai Ti. To do it perfectly, work with Victoria, and set aside $3-400. If you chose your guests right, it will be a top ten lifetime dining experiences.

Great food & service (Angel) at Bazaar Mar. You can never go wrong with José Andres restaurants! Only odd thing was its location in a shopping mall (Crystals) which changed the ambiance a little but we had a great dinner.

We had an amazing meal and wonderful service. Dwayne was our waiter and he treated us so well and made our dining experience feel so personal and intimate. We chose to do the tasting menu and it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The ambiance is 10/10 and we can’t wait to go back!

Cocktails were outstanding with an element of theatrics. Food was well worthy of a Michelin star, and service was impeccable. We LOVED it.

José Andres always impresses! We have been following his restaurants for years and are so happy to have this new one here in Vegas. The food is delicious (as always) and we love the creative ways it’s presented. The service is phenomenal. Will come back many times.

I can't tell you how much my husband and I enjoyed our dinner at Bazaar Mar. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were surrounded with pleasant, helpful people who genuinely seemed interested in our having an enjoyable dining experience. Our server guided us through the menu- we recommend the lobster croquettas, the smoked oysters and the scallop entree. But she also shared her interest/commitment to working for Jose Andres and his dedication to relieving world hunger. Smart staff, delicious food- definitely recommend

I am usually amazed and the consistency of the Joe Andreas group from Jaleo to E and beyond. This is the exception to my experience. Service was on point but food lacked flavor, presentation was fair and nothing that gave you an A-ha
