Conceptualized by Chef Richard Sandoval, Bayou & Bottle brings a chic bourbon bar to downtown Houston, serving flavourful cuisine inspired by Houston’s melting pot of cultures. Featuring over 200 whiskies, Bayou & Bottle is a bar destination complete with vintage barware, exquisite whiskey flights, large TVs to catch the game and even personalized bourbon lockers where the most discerning bourbon connoisseurs can store their favourite bottles. Each bartender is a Certified Bourbon Steward, masterfully knowledgeable in spirit, and happy to share – be it whiskey, wine, beer or craft cocktail. In between signature dishes, guests can enjoy the Topgolf Swing Suites, the first game simulator of their kind in the world.

Always a great experience at Bayou and Bottle. The service is top notch, and everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great whiskey selection and the food is outstanding. I've attended several of the whiskey master classes and they have been fantastic. I've learned a lot and there is always a great group attending the events. Looking forward to more in the future.

This master class was amazing. We got to taste a variety of ages and versions of the Dalmore brand while learning some of the history and methods used to brew the spirit. Met some fun people who were way more knowledgeable than I was about whiskey and different spirits in general. The food was actually an unexpected bonus. I was honestly blown away by how affordable this was in the end. Thank you to the team that did their best to make us feel welcome.

Bardia and his staff were amazing hosts! The food was great, creative takes on traditional “bar” food. And the bourdon tasting program was top notch.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Bayou & Bottle, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The stewards, in particular, were exceptionally knowledgeable about their bourbon selection, guiding us through a curated list with expertise and genuine passion. Their recommendations were spot-on, enhancing the meal in ways we didn’t expect. From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of in every detail. Excellent "bar food". Great, attentive service given number of people. Food order issue appropriately dealt with by management. Would definitely return if similar opportunity occurs.

We attended two bourbon tasting events at Bayou & Bottle and found the experience very enjoyable. The event themselves include food, plenty of bourbon samples, and a presentation from the bourbon representative. Overall, a great time! Bayou & Bottle itself is a lovely bar with great cocktails. The bartenders and staff were all helpful and informative. A particular shoutout to Bardia, the general manager, for his exceptional hospitality and kindness! We will keep Bayou & Bottle in mind anytime we are in downtown, especially for concerts nearby. Thanks again!
