Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was lovely and good value. Would recommend this restaurant.

Probably a bit more restaurant than inn, a place to go and eat rather than a pub that does food. Having said that, this is a great place to go and eat. Very welcoming greeting on arrival into a light and airy dining room with well spaced tables that preserves its old world feel. Plenty of variety on the menu (more limited veg mains), we had the arancini and the squid to start followed by duck and steak. All well cooked and seasoned and served by very friendly and helpful staff. If we had one criticism, it would be that it all came too quickly and we felt rushed - no reason for this as the restaurant wasn’t full. Highly recommended.

We ate here on a very quiet January Friday evening. Although the restaurant wasn’t busy there was still a lovely atmosphere. Food was good- we had a sea bass and a burger. Both were delicious. Service was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great food, service and table. Very dog friendly. Skye the Black Lab had a great time as well.
