As the only oyster bar in Erie, Bay House is unique. The oyster available during our visit were tasty and varied along with the dipping sauces. The food was first rate. We chose to have our steaks covered in a signature sauce and it did not disappoint.

We had a reservation for six and asked to add one more. They accommodated our request by putting us upstairs. Salmon tasted frozen and not fresh and was dry without the sauce. Filet was cooked perfect as well as the chicken dish. Water was served without any ice. Have had much better. Not very impressed.

Hostess from Bayhouse sent us upstairs to Pier 6 instead of seating us in Bayhouse where I made the reservations. Wanted a steak for my husbands bday but he got a burger. I guess we weren't the right clientele for Bayhouse. She saved me money I guess.
