I went to Batsi because I heard about the “experience” of the dancing and singing that happens. Well, none of that took place while we were there and I guess because it was a Wednesday Night! However, everything else was great!

The restaurant is beautiful. The music was at a nice tone, but the waitresses did not have good customer service. Our waitress in particular did not check on us. She brought out the drinks, we order appetizers, she doesnt come back until she brings the appetizers, she takes the dinner order and does not come back until she brings the dinner. The bus boys were lurking and waiting for you to finish eating and then they immediately take your plates. This happened all over the restaurant. Another waitress was escorting her patrons to their patio table and she basically left them. They were looking for where she went to find their seat. Not to mention paying to park in the restaurant parking lot $20 for up front parkings d $10 for in the back. Our bill was $201, with the gratuity already added to the tune of $31. Not complaining about the bill, but I've gone to more expensive restaurants and haven't paid to park or had gratuity already added in. I could've went to Atlanta Fish Market and saved $60 to$70 and had better service.

I recently visited Batsi on a weekday, and while the ambiance was nice, the atmosphere was unfortunately quite dead with barely anyone around. Despite the lively TikTok videos that may suggest otherwise, the vibe was underwhelming. The drinks were decent, and the lobster rolls were just okay—not anything particularly memorable. I didn’t end up staying for dinner, as the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. Maybe weekends offer a different energy, but on a weekday, it left a lot to be desired. Had two drinks and one appetizer and the price was $130.

The place overall is nice. The music was entirely too loud. They ONLY played crunk rap music they never switched. Then you have belly dancers that come out and dance. It looked liked the dancers expected a few tips but our waitress never brought me ones. The waitress was taking entirely too long to come check on us. Of course they get automatic gratuity which I thinks automatically makes the waitress lazy. Parking is $10. The place is advertised as an upscale type place but it’s really loud hip hop place with beautiful waitresses waiting on their gratuity ONLY. I asked the waitress was the bottle of water big or small her answer was it’s $5. It was 6 of us in total celebrating my dude bday. It just felt like entirely too much was going on. It was fun but it felt like Basti needs to figure out what they wants to do. Belly dance, be ratchet or a laidback fun type vibe. Our bill was a little over $400 I paid $300 myself so it wasn’t nothing for my friends to have put in more to leave the waitress more money on top of her $65 gratuity but she was lazy and attitude was not good at all. I want return and my guest said they want either. Oh and last but not least they wanted $50 to bring a small cookie cake inside.

Great food!!! Vibe was nice for Sunday until DJ started. I would recommend the DJ read the room. Everyone there on a Sunday was 35+ and I can promise you we don’t want to hear current rap music. Take it back to our time. I also would suggest promoting the free Birthday drink. It was good and gave you the vibe of bottle service without bottle service. Overall great time and we will definitely be back on a Friday or Saturday next.

Angel was my server for my party and she did a great job. She was patient, and kind in every interaction. The lamb shank was delicious. She recommended the Big O and she was right! I couldn’t taste the alcohol, but I did feel it within a few sips. My friend ordered the panty dropper and I decided to go with that one next. It was a great blend of alcohol and flavor

The ambiance was absolutely amazing. It was an immersive dinner experience. The service was a bit delayed, however, our server was very nice. I would definitely try it out again.
