Great service with delicious food. Only bummer was they were out of their famous biscuits and deviled eggs. Otherwise, the vibe, esthetic and customer service was exceptional.

Had a lovely family celebration for my mom’s birthday. Maple grilled salmon was excellent; all other entrees got high marks as well. The biscuits as appetizer were exceptional! Our server was super efficient and patient…which with a group of 8 isn’t always easy. Not cheap, but worth the $$ for a memorable evening.

Have been several times before, food and drinks are very good. Same wait staff several times. However for a Sunday night, not that crowded, our food was very slow to come out? Saw other tables that arrived after us get food before us. Waiter said he’d check on our order but that didn’t seem to help. We had a guest with us so it was disappointing.

The best fried chicken I’ve had in South Florida. Fantastic chicken n waffles. Went for a birthday brunch. It’s lively. There’s a dj playing music, so you aren’t going to have conversations. Not sure if this is just during brunch or all the time. But the atmosphere would have been great without it.

A group of us wanted to find a great brunch that will help set the tone for our friend’s Bachelorette festivities in the Palm Beach area, and the Team at Batch New Southern Kitchen in West Palm Beach delivered! From the moment we arrived, Justin (Manager) and the team truly helped us feel at home and we immediately knew we chose the right place to get our Sunday going. Justin, Alyssa (our server), and every single team member that touched our table throughout our visit were awesome. Each with great energy, fun-loving personalities, and a genuine approach to hospitality. In a time when great service and experiences are hard to come by, it’s refreshing to know the team at this West Palm Beach hotel spot has it figured out. Our group had the best time and enjoyed every single bite and sip we ordered along the way (Special Shoutouts to the Fried Chicken, Dirty South Burger, and biscuits … Wow!) Our reservation was at 11:30am on a Sunday, and it really gave us the best window to enjoy football on their TVs and the DJ who was laying down the soundtrack for time with friends. Swing by Batch West Palm Beach next time you’re in the area - You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Team West Palm!

Absolutely loved this place! We had a fantastic brunch! Drinks were great, food was awesome, music was outstanding, but most of all the service was superior! Our waitress Brandy was incredible, and really amplified the experience. I can't wait to return! We were just in town for the weekend but it was the best way to start the day in beautiful West Palm!

The food was delicious! The deviled eggs were a favorite. Definitely a must if you’re in the area and looking for something fresh. We stayed at the Hyatt and we were able to walk 10 minutes to get there.
