It’s always a beautiful experience at Bas Rouge. The service couldn’t be lovelier or more attentive, without being overbearing. We did the tasting menu and it was outstanding. I love everything about this place, and can’t wait to return. Thank you so much to the staff for making my birthday so special.

Always exceptional. We love all of the Bluepoint properties but Bas Rouge is a special treat.

Bas Rouge created the most memorable anniversary dinner experience. We were so well cared for. The menu was lovely from the wine to the fresh seafood to the cheese and dessert courses. If you are a foodie in the DMV, it's worth the trip to Easton to try chef's innovative takes on Maryland classics.

Extremely refined service - very attentive. I loved the Kiribati pork loin and the poppy seed cake. Everything was classic!

By far one of the most elevated dining experiences I have had. The flavors of the food had great depth, the presentation of each course was picturesque, and the service was too notch. I felt valued as a customer and cared for as if I was a repeat diner. I will definitely be returning.

We arrived a bit early after our 2 hour drive. We were rewarded with a beautiful 'amuse bouche' of caviar on a tiny blini that certainly "amused the mouth" It was a wonderful beginning to a most wonderful meal, thoughtfully prepared and elegantly plated. The wine list is one of the largest I have seen in a long time. I can't imagine not finding the perfect pairing for your meal. The menu is prix fixe with 6 or 7 choices in each category. A visit by the chef to our table and our outstanding server, Julianna, made this a perfect evening.

Our evening at Bas Rouge was near perfect - the setting elegant and comfortable, the food sublime, the service attentive and at the same time easygoing. Couldn’t ask for more!!
