Bartiga is a modern Australian restaurant/ and wine bar on a leafy corner in the centre of Double Bay. With comfortable booth seating inside and a sunny outdoor terrace it's the perfect spot for a long lunch or cosy dinner.

    Couldn’t have picked a better place to have a dinner with friends. The banquet was delicious and the servings were generous, we all rolled out of the restaurant. Service was fantastic and very accomodating with the temperamental weather - thank you for making a special occasion so enjoyable.

    One of the worst meals I’ve had in my life. The food and service were mediocre to the point where the owner asked us to move mid entree to make other customers “happy” (when our table was seated prior to their party growing to over 6 people) just set a bad tone. We left our half eaten entrees behind due to being stunned by the staff’s behaviour., and the fact it was surprisingly spicy and inedible. Retrospectively, we should have said to cancel our mains because the chewy pipis in our pasta were inedible and didn’t enjoy it. Never will return. Cocktails were good.

    Always love Bar Tiga. Staff are attentive and excellent. We love the kingfish, scallops and last night had steak. Great wine list .. One of our fav places to drink, eat and people watch...

    Bartiga is a hidden gem in Double Bay, offering some of the most explosive flavours I’ve come across. The fusion of Southeast Asian and European influences in the food was simply amazing, creating a unique and unforgettable dining experience. The cocktail and wine list was equally impressive, and the service was excellent throughout the night. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their fantastic dishes!

    We sat inside so it was nice and quiet. We ordered the bug roll which was ok but not worth $22 each. Prawn toast was ok and the scallop sauce was too strong in taste. We order the Tom yum spaghetti which was tasty but we probably wouldn’t order it again. Scotch MB4 was ok.

    Food was lovely, although I suggest asking for dressing on the side on the mesclun as it was drenched. The prices are high, we paid $100 each and only had 2 drinks in total and shared starters. Service was good but music was very loud which is unnecessary given it was only 630.
