Brought to you by the owners of La Bottega, Vail’s Mediterranean Restaurant with Spanish cuisine influence is open to amaze you. Enjoy a variety of seafood specialties and meats selection. Come sample the many flavors Mediterranean cuisine has to offer along with amazing cocktail and wine selection.

For our restaurant, there are a few things you should know:

-To accommodate our reservations in a timely and orderly manner, our team has carefully designed time frames in which to dine.
Group sizes and allotted dining times are:
Dinner: 1-2 guests (1:30), 3-4 guests (1:45), 5-8 guests (2:00) 8+ guests (2:30)

-We do not accept multiple bookings, all multiple reservations made for the same party will be acknowledged as individual reservations.

-Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, we may cancel your reservation. We will do our best to seat you on time and look forward to your visit.

Over-priced! Appetizers were delicious but main entrees (cod, lamb chops and steak) were not cooked well and lacked seasoning. Way too overpriced for what we got. Service was a bit awkward - fast at times and then extra slow. Only got 2 menus for 4 of us and took almost 10 minutes to get the check taken care of. Not worth it.

The restaurant smelled like I was cooking in the kitchen. The fried pork entree was tasteless but the crispy and mashed potatoes were good.

We enjoyed our dinner. The food was wonderful. Great spot in Vail village. The only downside was our server who had just an awful attitude. We would go again and just hope for a different server.

We loved everything about this place. Atmosphere, decor, friendly service. We shared a couple of tapas like appetizers and after that the squid ink fideua “for 2” was enough for all 3 of us and tasted phenomenal.

We ordered spool soup to start then I had the 22 oz chuleton from beef and my wife had the branzino. The taste was wonderful. the service was very good . I plan to return next time I am in Vail. This place is highly rerecommended by us.
