The food needs help!!! The Chile Verde was like a puddle of verde sauce with 2 bites of pork total chopped and dropped into it. It was a joke. We ordered 2 guacamoles for the table. It took the waitress about 30 minutes to finally get around to making it tableside. The avocado was cut into very large chunks with other items dumped on top. Strangest guacamole any of us ever had; like guacamole that was made by a 6 year old. It was a Sunday evening at 6pm and the restaurant was not busy at all, yet it took forever to get orders and food. It was like no one knew what they were doing. I tried for a week prior to make this reservation and turns out you can only make a reservation online one day in advance. Who makes such a non user-friendly policy that makes it difficult for customers to plan? Tried to call the restaurant several times to make the reservation. They don't answer the phone; not even the takeout order line. Serious malfunction issues here. Get it together Barrio Queen!!!

We were seated promptly and our server, Alana took our drink orders right away. Food was hot when served and our party of 4 enjoyed our meals.

Place was overbooked (they are not supposed to allow reservations on the weekend, but somehow it got turned on). But the manager on site (Chris) stepped up. We were offered a seat outside (with the misters it was warm but acceptable). And he waited on us personally. Fantastic guy and a credit to the restaurant. We had a great meal (the Carne Asada salad was AMAZING!!!) with sangria for my wife and a tequila tasting flight for me. Chris turned it into a great experience. We had a marvelous time and we will most certainly be back (this was our second time there).

The food and service was ok. We've been to a couple of their other locations and food and service were a little better. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great. Probably just an off night.

2nd time visit here. food was great. it usually gets crowded from about 4pm. so i made reservation. service was good too even though it gets busy. One thing that annoys me is that theres always fry there so they keep coming around the table and food.. it seems like between the dining room and the patio is always open so the fry comes in from outside.

We had a reservation, we had to wait, no worries. Waitress brought us water, chips and salsa and left. We all drank our water, no refills, no drink order. waited 30 minutes, ordered appetizers and cocktails. still no water refills. Apps and drinks arrived, she didn't take our finished appetizers or appetizer plates, dinner was delivered by someone else. We asked him to take some of the plates off our table (young kid) and he bit my husbands head off stating that wasn't his job. we finally flagged down a manager to take plates and ask for water/drink refills. By this time we were here almost an hour. I forgot if we even placed an order for our meal.... it had been that long. food was good... a little cold, but good. We have eaten at various locations in the valley, but this one was a disappointment.
