Bargello®, located in the Hotel Arras, is named after the 17th century Florentine needlepoint style. The intricacy of this stitch embodies the restaurant weaving together their love for community, cuisine, and hospitality to create the ultimate casual fine dining experience.

Bargello's culinary team draws their inspiration from the flavors you experience when traveling along the Mediterranean coastline. Seasonal and locally sourced dishes include fresh hand-rolled pastas, house-made breads, and innovative cuisine from Executive Chef Tyler Slade. Bargello’s menu changes often to reflect the local produce available in Western North Carolina.

Complementary valet parking is available exclusively for Bargello during dinner service from Wednesday to Sunday, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. A reservation is required, and the valet service is limited to a maximum of three hours. This offer is not valid on holidays, special events, or private events.

The pasta dishes were fantastic. My guests enjoyed the grilled octopus too. The pizza was average. Blaze did a nice job attending to our table and checking on items to be sure our food allergy needs were being met. Valet parking is a bonus. The space is very hotel restaurant though, taking away from the ambiance a bit.

We ate at 4 wonderful restaurants while in Asheville and this was our absolute favorite. The preparation and presentation were wonderful for each dish and our server, Blaze, was adorable and completely professional. I have food allergies and both she, and the kitchen did a wonderful job of accommodating my issues.

Fabulous breakfasts! Brioche French toast with berries and lemon curd topping huge and delicious! Beautiful omelettes. Great service in fabulous hotel

Very KID FRIENDLY. Lots of highchairs. The Octopus appetizer was delicious! However, the pepe de cachiao was unauthentic .... way too much butter. The chocolate/raspberry dessert was to die for!!

FANTASTIC service and food. Tyler, our server, was attentive, made great recommendations, and ensured we were well taken care of during the entire meal. The food was a delicious mix of flavors and textures. Inventive, fresh and satisfying. The cocktails were interesting twists on classics. Absolutely loved it.

Bargello was surprisingly empty. The drinks we had were probably the best of the weekend, and we had tried plenty throughout the weekend. The food was complex and not quite what one would expect. The mussels were very good, but different than others we had. My ravioli dish was good and really required me to take my time as I ate it.
