Cette expérience de brasserie française classique propose des plats traditionnels de brasserie pour le souper et le brunch, y compris des feuilletés d'escargots de Bourgogne, une soupe à l'oignon parfumée à la truffe du Périgord et plus encore. Our server was amazing other than that long wait for food, food was not seasoned well at all, very loud, not a good place for a date night.

Let me start with the disappoints and then end with the positives. First, the dining room at 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday is thunderously loud. Think more SportsBook than fine dining room. I lost my voice while trying to be heard across the table that evening. It was remarkably loud. Second, we waited 30 minutes after finishing our appetizers for the main courses to be served. That was unexpected. The service was competent, efficient. It didn't add to the dining experience, but it was okay. Now the food. I ordered the lamb chops with a side of pomme (I don't recall the entire name, but it was essentially like mashed potatoes.). My wife ordered the flounder with a side of braised string beans. The food was in short, spectacular. My lamb chops were cooked "medium" as recommended by the chef and served with a vegetable ratatouille thinly sliced and baked to perfection. Paired with the above mentioned pomme it was a memorable experience. The reduction sauce mixed so well with the pomme and Lamb. I did sample the flounder; that too was outstanding. Breaded and baked to a light golden brown, the fish was tender yet flaky and I'm assuming the breading kept the moisture in. I would have been equally satisfied with either dish. Would I dine there again? Most definitely. I'd just choose another day of the week and time so that we could dine without the din.

The service and food are impeccable. Great atmosphere, casual yet sophisticated. We were treated wonderfully by everyone. Appetizers of shrimp cocktail and oysters rockefeller were very delicious. We had the filet mignon and croissant encrusted fish. Wow!!!! Everything was extremely delicious. They also serve you warm bread which is wonderful. The macaroon dessert is beyond amazing. The wines and drinks are fabulous as well. The somolie visits your table to assist you but is not pushy and allows you to choose a delicious some on your price range. Such respect for him. This restaurant is one of the most excellent choices you can make in Las Vegas. The manager is always on deck, which is extremely important to the food quality and service among other things, such as cleanliness. He is very nice and accommodating. These are all things that are extremely important for patrons to return. We certainly have this as our number one destination every time we visit Las Vegas. You would be hard pressed to find another restaurant in Las Vegas where every box is checked. See you soon at the Bardot Brasserie. 😁😋

We pre-ordered the Beef Wellington medium rare, and it came out rare. The sauces were good. Desserts were okay. Very expensive.

The wine was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the French onion soup. I can’t say enough about the wonderful service we received, but the one negative was of our three meals, two were fabulous, but one of the pork chops was extremely tough. We couldn’t even get a fork into the meat let alone cut it to eat. Two of us had the same dish, and the other pork chop was done perfectly. The staff was gracious and took that meal off the bill, but I was very surprised to receive that quality of food at this caliber of a restaurant. With the choices for food in Las Vegas, I think we would make another choice in the future.
