This introductory tasting is perfect for those new to the category of tequila & mezcal, as well as a fun refresher for experts. This tasting includes a little bit of everything with a minimum of 7 sips of tequila, mezcal, bacanora, raicilla, sotol, and other more rare heritage agave spirits. Led by an in-house agave specialist, tastings include background info on each spirit, touching on production process, cultural history, and geography. Tastings are seated in various areas of the bar, based on availability at the time of booking. This is a perfect date night activity, with light touch hospitality and the chance to explore the world of tequila and mezcal.
