Located four blocks from the malecon, here you will have the best view of the bay in downtown Puerto Vallarta.
The chef/owner, William Carballo, sees to it that every guest in his restaurant is happy, offering generously served dishes with fresh, high quality ingredients at reasonable prices. it is recommended to order for the entire table and share dishes family style.
With two or three tapas per person, you can enjoy an authentic culinary adventure.
They are always updating the menu and offer daily specials. Also enjoy delicious salads and scrumptious desserts such as the chocolate profiterols and homemade ice cream.

The food was very good - some of the best we have had in Puerto Vallarta. The service was excellent. Beautiful roof top view of sunset. Would definitely go back there again and highly recommend. be sure to take an uber or taxi as it would be a steep climb to walk there.

Barcelona Tapas is one of our favorite restaurants in PVR. We always have the Paella. We love the free potato salad. We also love the sangria. We come every time we visit PVR. The service is excellent.

Food was ok, view was spectacular from the rooftop…. Found it a little overpriced though!

Beautiful location and wonderful people. Food was great. Music was too loud for one of the members of our group. We ordered a half pitcher of Sangria but a full pitcher was brought to the table. The Sangria seemed non-alcoholic but tasted good. We asked for water, but we should have been more specific because simple tap water was what we expected but bottled water was served. So my advice is to be very clear about the order and send it back if it is not correct. The view and ambience are magical.

This is our go-to place for a special occasion, in this case a birthday. We lucked out and were seated at the railing on the top floor and the sunset was a perfect one! The service was impeccable all evening. The dishes we picked were just right. It is always better to have more than 2 people to share the dishes, even with 3 it worked out great. We love the free potato salad starter they always bring to the table. Everything we ordered from salad and croquettes to potatoes and ribs was well prepared and tasty. We got our birthday flan but also ordered off the menu. The menu flan was especially good. The wine list has a variety of price levels appropriate for a fine dining restaurant, mostly Spain and Mexico. We often take visitors here as the penultimate dinner of their stay. It is a great sendoff from PV.
