    Excellent food, outstanding service, reasonably priced! The menu had an extensive selection of authentic dishes, made from fresh and local ingredients. Best fish tacos ever. The eclectic decor provides a delightful collection of eye candy throughout your dining experience. You simply must eat here.

    What a fabulous evening at Bar Sofia! All of the food was amazing, but I have to say the guacamole was the best guacamole I have ever had! Keith was an excellent server. We will definitely be back!

    The food was absolutely amazing, the first South American cuisine we’ve found in Halifax; having lived in South America for a time it was not only authentic and fresh but also original and delicious. We tried Bar Sofia for the first time for their Dine Around menu and had the best experience out of all the restaurants we’ve enjoyed under this promotion. The atmosphere and artwork were stunning, and we were delighted to discover they had cocktails made of Pisco, a rare favourite.

    Beautiful and colourful atmosphere. Food was tremendous, wait staff was very attentive and able to answer all questions we had about menu items.

    The food is always fantastic, I’m so happy that the crispy tacos were on special for NYE, I wish they were part of the permanent menu! The service was great and attentive without being over the top. The drinks were great and my party had a wonderful night. Thank you so much again, we wi be back again and again!
