Located next to Nordstrom, the new restaurant boasts an 8,500-square-foot interior along with two expansive patios. Adult tickets are $35, Children tickets are $20 and is inclusive of a lunch buffet featuring Bar Siena's Garlic Parmesan Bread, Chicken Tenders, Vegetable Hummus Platter, Fruit, Fries, Bomboloni and soft drinks. Food was great, not too loud, and always love the ambience. However this was just a miss with service. Our server seemed confused, irritated, and would sometimes just leave in the middle of responding to us and taking our order without saying anything. My daughter opened her napkin and silverware to find a used fork complete with random food on it which made her lose her appetite. Our desserts were incorrect, but we went with it as our server clearly didn’t want to fix anything (told us the oreo gelato was the chocolate, even though the chocolate cake had what was clearly chocolate gelato with it) and thankfully they were really good. We’ve been there when it’s been busier and did it have these kind of problems. Will still return because food is good, but hopefully will never have the same server.

If you're looking for a great dining experience with top-notch service, this place might still be worth considering, just don’t expect the food to match the price tag. This is our second time eating from here, while the service was exceptional — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome — the food didn’t quite live up to the high prices.

We’ve dined here a few times and food has always been excellent. Tonight the food was not good. Rigatoni ala vodka was dry and salty. This recipe needs to be reworked immediately. Minestrone soup way too salty. Pizza was just ok. It takes one bad experience and I will likely not return anytime soon. Server was not very attentive.

Outstanding service and food. We took our puppy and they brought a water bowl and dog menu for her! Food is exceptional and ambience beautiful.

Our server was incredibly kind. The food was great and the drinks were very good. They gave us gift certificates and free desert to celebrate a special occasion with us. Will 100% be coming back.

Always a great experience. The food is consistent and good. It has become our go to spot for good food, great service, and friendly atmosphere whenever we are at Old Orchard.

We ate on the heated patio which was beautiful and warm. Service was great and the food was god. Excellent wine making it a very enjoyable Christmas outing.
