I’ve seen alot of people have trouble with waiting here in other reviews and besides getting there at 5pm and being told the kitchen was 45 minutes behind already with not even half the restaurant full, we still enjoyed it! The happy hour has great prices, the food was so good, and we didn’t really end up waiting 45 minutes for anything.

We had a reservation at 5:00. Ordered food about 5:10. Didn’t get food until 6:34. Fries were cold, Orders were wrong , hamburger not cooked.

The food took forever to come out snd it was cold when it finally did come out. I wasn’t a fan at all.

Our server was nice, but overworked. The restaurant felt understaffed and the section we were sitting in had a broken heater; it was extremely cold. So much so that we had our food boxed up to go.

Food was great! Truffle fries and chicken quesadilla were great. Also recommend the Monterey Chicken main plate. Service is a bit slow. I think only a couple servers working. They had a great attitude!

After a bumpy 2024 for us, my husband & I chose Bar Louie for our holiday dinner based on our previous positive visits. Once our server finally arrived at our table, we shared our sincere appreciation and empathy for her working on the holiday. I'm certain they were short staffed due to the holiday, but does that mean paying customers should expect poor service and sub-par dinner and drinks? We would have been fine with 'slow service' but adding inaccurate orders, zero attempt to check to see if everything was ok OR if we needed anything, never delivering drinks ordered, all topped off with the apathetic attitude shown by our server took this over the top. Incredibly disappointing experience that has unfortunately tainted our opinion.

Never will I forget the blackened burnt chicken tenders served to our table! How dare they? So disgusting and gross.

My family had Christmas dinner at Bar Louie, and we were very pleased. The food was tasty and arrived at the table hot, the service was excellent, and the guys in the family got to watch the basketball game while we ate. A very enjoyable family Christmas dining experience.
