Above it all, at Savannah's tallest rooftop, revel in the enchanting cityscape and endless Savannah River views with hand-crafted cocktails and a Mediterranean menu. Named after the patron saint of hospitality, St. Julian the Hospitaller, Bar Julian evokes the warm welcoming spirit of its patron saint.

Join us for daily Sunset Happy Hour, Live Music Tuesdays, Vinyl Fridays and DJ Saturdays.

Walk-ins are always welcome and encouraged for lunch and brunch. Reservations are not accepted during evening hours.

We didn’t get to eat here because Bar Julian was closed. We did not know they would be closed and had made a reservation a week or two in advance. They knew they would be closed but we were still able to make the reservation. I wasted my time and money getting a Lyft to get to the hotel but just got a lackluster apology from the manager.

The restaurant is well appointed and has a beautiful view of Savannah. The food was good but nothing was outstanding. Service was not great; we had to wait over 40 minutes for our food (mainly pizza and salad). The manager did discount some of our entrees to compensate for the wait.

the food was amazing! the drinks were really great! the service was kinda awkward and I think it’s because it was super dead inside. overall a solid 4/5!

With no sound absorption, the acoustic music was a little loud trying to play over the talking. The food was fine. Bloody Mary mix is a little thick, but these notes are more personal taste than “fact.” I’d go back for dinner. The menus all look great and the cocktail menu is definitely worth a return visit.

I love Bar Julian. It is hands-down the best view of Savannah and the vibe is immaculate. The service was really good and so was the food. The price is definitely higher, but that is expected for a hotel bar. To put it in prospective I’ve been there three times in five days lol. This is my absolute favorite bar in the city.

Normally, telling a restaurant it's your anniversary might not result in much, but this place exceeded our expectations for our 3-year anniversary. The hostess was very friendly and let us choose our seats, likely because we arrived early (don’t get your hopes up for late-night reservations). We were greeted with complimentary champagne from our server, although we didn't see her again because of table rotations I guess, which another server explained to us. Despite the heat forcing us inside, the service remained excellent. We didn't try the food, but the Hugo Spritz was perfect. The welcoming atmosphere, possibly due to their LGBTQ+ friendliness, made our visit special. I highly recommend this place for anyone willing to spend a bit more. We will return!

Having been to Bar Julian an number of times, I was looking forward to this meal. But service was less than expected. for drinks somehow the request for Grapefruit juice in my wife's mimosa was not relayed, so that delayed our drinks from arriving. Then later, her breakfast pizza was 'coming right up' which involved her wainting for another 5, 6, or 7 minutes. Then there was the excuse "I thought someone had already brought it to you" The meal was fine, but service was much below my expectations
