Our server Maurice was great. Sitting outside was very pleasant. The food was nothing special.

In sum, avoid this tourist trap, your money and time is better spent elsewhere. Service was pathetic, the bartender, Shar, was attempting to cover 4 other tables along side a full bar. Had to check back and correct our order 4 times and still got it wrong rather than just writing down orders. The food was embarrassing, flat bread tasted like a pita chip, chicken sandwich was steps below even fast food. Even after our order was messed up we still ended up paying for a more expensive salmon entree rather than the shrimp scampi with chicken which we had ordered. We never got to speak with a manager even after the order was messed up.

I had the grilled salmon which was slightly salty. I don’t think it was worth $30. The service was extremely slow, and the food took a long time to come to our table. I do not plan on coming back.

A large party arrived at the same time and the restaurant gave them the entire dining space and barely made room for my party of 2. It appeared that Bar Harbor was about to not honor our reservation but sat us on the balcony. Wait staff was limited and tended to the large party, I had to track down the wait staff multiple times to get served. It appeared they were short staffed for the night, but Maurice was apologetic for the issues and was as helpful as he could be given the situation. The food was mediocre at best, considering the anticipate quality in National Harbor being better than most.

Good food bar tender makes the best drinks. The atmosphere was astounding great customer service all for a good dining experience! We will definitely be back!

The food was amazing. Our waitress was awesome. The drinks were excellent. We will definitely be back.
