Everything was wonderful! It was their first day of lunch service but you wouldn’t know that from the quality and consistency of the food. We tried a variety of dishes and they all exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed that we’ve already booked again. Just GO and ENJOY!

Really treasure these smaller places. Excellent Negronis and the sea bass was cooked perfectly. Server was pleasant and attentive. Great vibe.

Lana is the best server ever and everything was SO delicious and well done. all the flavors were really well balanced, we had the triple cooked potatoes, the fish sandwich, duck pie, and the gnocchi

Bar Chouette, c’est chouette! Always a delightful culinary experience, and definitely one of the most creative kitchens in Calgary. We paired fresh East-coast oysters with a fine glass of Chablis, then savoured the heirloom tomato salad served with burrata and pesto, followed by a delicious and unusually tender pork chop served with charred cabbage and parsnip, and topped off diner with a succulent and baked on-site elderflower cake with vanilla ice-cream. Service and attention to detail was excellent. Bravo to all the staff at Bar Chouette!

The food was great, but the service was just very slow. The restaurant was not busy and food was served at a very slow pace.

Everything dish tried was executed to perfection, there was not one thing we did not love. It was hard to pick our favorite!
